Service was great. My issue is with the product. Too much hassle for how effective it was. Wash, wipe, put sticky stuff on and hook everything up. And it still fell off. Maybe I was too impatient or I just wasn’t doing it right but after a couple weeks I just went back to Depends.

Don't like the seam in the middle on the new style

Everything is just as good as it can get. I love how comfortable men's Liberty are to feel them and to empty them is a very good feeling. I would not even think about not telling someone about this product. I told and showed my cardio nurse about them and she will let me know if someone tells her he is looking.

This product has given me freedoms and comfort that I have not experienced in many years. Battling prostrate cancer has left me with inconstancy issues that prior to Men's Liberty left me with few satisfactory options.

My previous product was prone to failures (coming off), and irritation from method of application.

I have had few failures (mostly my application fault) and no irritation.

Appliance attached well and stayed in place. There was no leakage. All good. But at my level of activity it was awkward, always reminding me it was there. Psychologically, I didn’t like it because I always had to spend the time to put it on and take it off, making me feel that I was more of an invalid than I think of myself. I am totally incontinent following prostatectomy, using 5 pads per day with occasional leak thru if I’m not careful, but I prefer that to the Men’s Liberty appliance. As I get older and more sedentary , my thoughts may change.

I feel it to soon to tell about the product. I am leaning toward five stars.

I had a lot of leaks. Since I have stopped using Mens liberty I haven’t had to change my pants because of leaks but I have to change pads often.

Men's Liberty product has improved my quality of life. There are still some product issues that I know they are trying to improve; but anyone considering trying the product should not hesitate to do so.

Bob gained freedom to lead an active life with the Men's Liberty. However, he passed away January 27 after experiencing a stroke.

I am an ALS patient and have been using MENS LIBERTY external catheters every day 24/7 for over 1 year and I found them to be a wonderful ‘liberating’ product that has given me Confidence to be out and about in public I have recommended the product to many people. Of the perhaps 500 applied. I had only three or four failures/leaks the entire time. HOWEVER, they just changed the design with a smaller air relief valve, which have been a compete and utter DISASTER. urine stays in the tube from the head of the penis all the way down the 4 inches or so to the entry of the bag even when the bag is empty, The bag does not empty on its own when sitting in my wheel chair with leg bag or while in bed with bedside bag. I think the back pressure causes the seals around the head of the penis to get penetrated and leak, to the to the extent that they frequently slip all the way` off. I had three complete failures in the last 24 hours and I am positive the problem is not human error on my part as I have been scrupulous about following application protocols and never had a problem before this batch ( # D 15001) cursed my doorstep

It is not a good thing when you pee your pants in pubic. Since this was their first batch of the newly designed product, I hope it was a manufacturing problem and not a design defect. If the next batch has the same problems, I will return them and never use their products. PS. There was no bad or rude conduct involved. The nurse was very nice and helpful.

I have personally tried this revolutionary product and it works!!! It gave me the confidence and freedom I needed to enjoy life to the full! The ease of application and removal was amazing too. I strongly recommend this wonderful product and its great design!

This product has helped many guys get out of the house and start living life again!!!

Men’s Liberty help me get out of diapers. While you have to be very precise with your application once I got the hang of it I’m very happy with the results.

Love the product Wish I found it before I did .my husband totally in continent this saves me a lot of wet clothes and laundry . When traveling large bag can be connected to avoid frequent stops. I would recommend to any one with incontient problems. I am send reminders when I can order. Everyone has been very helpful in trying to meet our needs and work through problems of getting supplies. Somewhat difficult to apply. Somewhat prone to come loose and/or leak. Unstated whether multiple day use is appropriate. Personal experience suggests not for more than two days. They work but there are better alternatives in the "Texas catheter" category.

sometimes the head the pouch that ataches to the penis doesn!t hold fast and either leaks or comes off.
