The quality of your product is not consistent.
It may be that the “broker” you use ships OLD product.
Whatever the reason it’s not good when one box has adhesive that is dried out or the “tabs” are scrunched and not sticky.
I love the freedom I experience when product is fresh!

I thought the the product was excellent and the help desk was always able to provide the help I needed. They were thoughtful and kind.

Order never placed. Customer Service will only let you leave a message and then they never return your call.

The product worked well initially but when skin irritation/inflammation occurred he had to stop using it. Didn't seem like anyone had any resolution for this problem, unfortunately.

With the new nano valve it seems there is always urine trapped at tip possibly causing urinary track infection. Sometimes day pouch is leaking being securely attached. I liked the previous valve better.

The devices work as they are as long as the skin stays dry. Adding
several wraps of waterproof first aid tape helps, but the integral tape needs to be longer.

t is an excellent concept but not a satisfactory one. They are disfficult to put on and often come loose or leak. A combibation of a condom type with the small collector bag might be worth a try.

I have been using Men's Liberty for over four years. I had trouble at first to get them to stay on for 24 hours, but customer service worked with me, even sending free product to get me through the first 30 days. Since then, I have had great experience with them. They allow me to sleep all night without getting up to go to the bathroom. During the summer, I only wear it at night. My shorts will not cover the bag, so I do not wear them during day time hours.

Very good product

I received my supplies 6 days ago. I applied my mens liberty product 5 days ago. I has remained attached and working ever since. With it working this good, why have such a small bag. I would like to see a bag at twice this size. It's a pain to have to empty so often.

The product works wonderfully. I have a problem that on the latest batch the No Sting Barrier Film packs have very little liquid and are nearly dry which causes the pouch to not adhere well.

Product was reasonably good until the changes were made. The new Vent does not allow air flow when you are lying down or sitting down so eventually the faceplate de laminates from your glans penis. The size of the flower is to large for some people with penile atrophy ie: post Prostatectomy, and penile atrophy.The Fixed drain plug is very difficult to navigate if you are left handed, and the overall quality has gone downhill since the roll out of the new design. If there was another game in town.. I'd sign up in a minute... Sometimes if it ain't broke don't try to fix it. I get that you want to manufacture and assemble here in the srates... but you took away some of the best features and quality... One would this that the product would improve with local controls... but sadly it has gone down hill... and you lost your best Nurse support person when he left and went to Bay Care Nursing. He understood the product... and the issues we as end users have to deal with. I dont need help with applying the product..You guys need help with the quality and design of the product..

Men’s Liberty delivers on the promises made. It is a quality product - can be worn for more than 24 hours if necessary, yet is easily removed when desired - easy on, easy off. It is non-irritating.

The last shipment had three units that leaked by the drain plug. This involved a change of cloths as well as replacing the catheter. Other than that I had no problems.

I have yet to receive any products. None have been delivered. I hope some samples arrive soon.

Was a life changer for 7 years after prostatectomy. Then began to have irritation at urethral opening. Whether it is just me or redesign of device is unknown. Until the irritation began I have advised many men to try Men'a Liberty and have posted my wonderful experience with the product on numerous incontinence blogs. I would still recommend trying it, because it really could make life worth living again. In fact, it was wonderful to watch a 3 hour movie or entire sporting event with my son and his young friends, and sit through the entire thing while they got up at least twice. BTW - I used it with a leg bag. Try it!
