Big inconvenience
They ignored my request to not send a particular type of pill even though there was an alert on my account apparently.
Then tell me as a good will gesture they will send the correct ones by courier. Took a week before I got my order. Also I've been supplied with a self addressed envelope to send their mistake back.
So off to the postbox for me. May as well gone to the chemist. It's closer.
