Worst Customer Service I have ever had to deal with.
Do not by any means purchase from this website
Suit arrived in a timely fashion. However, it was not as expected so returned within the set timescales. It has now been almost 3 months, and full funds still have not been received.
Finally last week, I received some money back but for some odd reason, money was deducted
No way to communicate other than via WhatsApp. To which you are lucky to ever get a response or if you do, false promises and fake apologies.
This company should be shut down. Their processes are absolutely disgusting and so stressful.

Fantastic quality suit, website is easy to navigate. Received my suit within 4 days of ordering great service would highly recommend.

Bought two flat caps which were very nice quality but much too big. Contacted to return, no problem (September) returned with proof of delivery to their address and then totally ghosted! 3 months of ignored messages, their contact page opens a WhatsApp which I could then actively watch them read then ignore my messages regarding my refund. Eventually got bored and told on them to PayPal and due to their s**t communication or lack thereof the dispute was found in my favour!
So if you want your money back this seems the only route to take. Hats were nice which is a shame.

Very unhappy ordered the suit and paid for next day delivery. That was early on a Friday. There was still no sign of the suit on Tuesday the next week and communication with the seller was very poor.. item was never dispatched and I cancelled the order and bought locally instead.. very disappointing

My husband to be purchased 4 suits for our wedding, payment went through of £831 all was fine, couple of days later he recieved a phone call saying that some of the suits sizes were out of stock so he cancelled the order, he asked if he needed to do anything for them to say no you will get a refund within 14 days,
No refund, 8 emails have be sent no reply, 2 full days of trying to contact on the phone nobody answers, hes also WhatsApped and tried Facebook messaging no replies but have been read.
Nearly 2 months later no refund,
We are absolutely fuming as its alot of money we are out of pocket and we don't need this added stress worrying if or when we will receive the refund.

Our next option is legal action as its getting beyond a joke!!!

Ordered suit, wasn’t despatched same day as stated on website but arrived within a few days ok. Unfortunately the suit didn’t fit well so I decided to return it.
Having followed the return procedure on the website, I returned the suit back to them on the 14th November.
Having not heard anything after a week I sent an email and message via the website. Never got a response to the email but got one via messenger a week later asking for the order number. I had provided this with the return form enclosed and written on the outside of the package, but managed to track it down and provide it again, along with proof of delivery.
Since then none of my messages have been responded to and no one answers the phone.
Now been waiting almost a month for a refund with no resolution in sight. Owed £225. If this doesn’t get resolved soon, I’ll report them to trading standards.
I would definitely not recommend buying from this company. Original delivery was ok but customer service is non existent.

I received a very helpful and quick reply to my questions about 1 suit which I then ordered to Germany (Order #1893 delivered Nov. 23rd), but unfortunately it didn't fit, despite looking high quality. I notified them on Nov. 26th about my desire to return the suit for a refund, then sent it back via DHL on Nov. 29th after receiving no reply in 3 days. The return portal on the website (menstweedsuits.myreturnscenter.com/) also didn't work and simply returned an error message.

I sent 3 more emails on Nov. 30th, Dec. 7th, and Jan. 2nd, and have received no reply whatsoever. Today (Jan. 3rd) I've tried calling their number 5-6 times over the last 2 hours but only ever got a busy signal. I also tried phoning the PayPal recipient Bains Industries Worldwide Ltd, but the number is evidently not registered, nor is the website they provide (britishamericanfashion.com/). This leaves me with a shady impression overall. I expect my refund of 202 GBP. It would be nice if they also reimbursed part of the shipping costs of approx. 45 GBP to and from Germany.

I was sad to see that there are several other customers with similar experiences. My initial positive impression has been completely overshadowed by being ghosted these past 5+ weeks.

Good price, quick delivery, damaged box, wrong size boots received, sent back promptly, had to keep chasing for refund after the 10-14 days that’s their T&C’s state. Eventually got my refund. Am I likely to use them again? Most probably not.

Everything turned up really quick. Was happy with it all taking it out of the sealed packaging. Suit is amazing in good condition.

Excellent customer services. Spoke with us over the phone hundreds of times to make sure I was getting my order right as I needed 5 suits for my wedding. Assured me they had them and would get them send out ASAP. Fast deliver, great price, great helpful staff. And the suits are perfect. Wonderful quality.

I purchased a 3 piece suit from cavani in the sale for £109. My initial thought was for that price the material or fit cannot be great. On receiving the suit I was amazed at the quality and fit. Cavani exceeded all my expectations and more. The suit is of great quality. The only suggestion I have to people purchasing one is get the next size up from what you normally are which I did. I'm a 40R chest and 32 waist. I got a 42R and 34 waist and it fits perfect.

Two and a half months after my returned item was marked delivered at the returns address, and I am still waiting for a refund. I have sent a few e-mails, all requesting a response, and I have not received a single response via e-mail. I sent a facebook message and got a reply, but no confirmation of action taken and what the next steps will be to either confirm or deny my refund. I tried the suit on once, and sent it back due to it not fitting. I am now without the suit, without my money, and I paid expensive shipping costs to send it back to the UK from the US which i was okay with knowing I would get a refund for the unused suit. I hope they can get it together and fix this situation for me.
