Sent the wrong size to what I ordered. Took a bit of a while to get another pair after sending them back and the same pair arrived but had been tailored to fit (the ones I wanted were obviously out of stock). This helped matters but I had sent an email to say I wanted postage reimbursed as it was their error. Was told yes they would do that ASAP and would send a free gift in the new parcel. Never got a gift and didn’t get the postage reimbursed after sending 3 emails. Poor customer service and not delivering on promises means I will never use their website again and I would advise others not to as well.

Ordered a suit for my wedding. A week later no, delivery so call to be told it's out of stock. Long story short it took me a month and six or seven phone calls and emails to receive a refund. Would not recommend to my enemy! Do not trust this companies 'expected delivery date' 'refund policy' or their 'customer services'

Purchased a suit that didn’t fit, returned it exactly as per website instructions. 6 weeks later still ok refund. 3 emails and a messenger query sent, no reply to any of them

Absolute disgrace of a company. Still waiting for a refund over 3 weeks later. Suit turned up screwed into a plastic parcel. Had emails back however they were snotty and rude. Tried to maintain that he doesn't have complaints well I beg to differ after reading these. Lies and says refund has been processed which is clearly not true and it has never been receveied. For someone that said he is proud of a running a small successful business he has no customer service skills and to be honest should be ashamed. How he makes any money is beyond me just a horrible liar. Good luck with your business you will need it. Nasty rude person.

Second suit this week i have purchased, first one is blatantly grey in the photo and when it arrived it was light blue, now the second suit has arrived and is described as charcoal but is dark blue. Had a suit before which was a good suit but these two are absolutely rubbish never mind the colour description.
I also got 2 sizes bigger than my usual half decent suit and I cannot get into this cheap suit.
Whoever is calling these suits grey needs their eyes checking ! £20 it has cost me to send two back in one week! NEVER AGAIN !

Simple to use website, good quality items and quick delivery. Only (slight) negative is that the packaging could have been a bit more robust- a bit of bubble wrap would have done the trick in my case.

Received 2 suits in good time , one didn't fit so i have sent it back have had no refund and no one is replying to my emails despite being read ( i attached a read receipt ) no one answers the phone next steps unless i receive my refund will be seeking legal action

On the good, the suit is nice and I am pleased with it.

Now the bad. I ordered a shirt with the suit, but the shirt didn't arrive. I have been trying to contact this company for two days now. The phones are not answered, the email address does not work and messenger is ignored, and that is the three communication methods recommended. As no one answers the 'make an order' extension either, maybe they have gone bust, so at least I have my suit.
If they haven't gone bust, well it can only be a matter of time with service like this.
Avoid, there are better companies out there.

I have a reply from Men’s Tweed Suits, a year after I tried to contact. I haven’t yet tried to contact them as I gave the suit to the charity shop, mainly because they also got the sizing wrong, and the suit was so big it was unwearable. As I couldn’t contact them I gave up, £s out of pocket. I genuinely believed they had deservedly gone bust. Seems not, but I will not deal with them again.

My suit was ordered on 31st August with a shipping date of 2-3 days but was only delivered on 20th September. During that time I sent 2 emails requesting a delivery time, neither of which were answered. Now the suit has arrived the waistcoat, trousers and jacket are all the wrong size. I will be sending it back for a full refund.

3 emails sent on a returned order, not one replied.
Suit returned, tracked, delivered at company.
Phone constantly rings and rings and then cuts off regardless of the option chosen.
Next stage is to visit premises to chase any kind of communications and process the returns.
Extremely poor from a company with over 20 years experience ?

Material and quality of the suit really good shame it said 2-3 days delivery and it took 10 days and many phone calls.

Suit was good quality but delivery was terrible.

Found the website easily when searching for tweed suits. Ordered a decent priced suit (with a little discount), no problems with payment. The delivery came as promised within the set timescales. The quality of the suit is fantastic, and fits like I’ve been measured at a tailors. If you are fond of tweed, I’d highly recommend this website as somewhere to buy a suit.

Ordered and delivered roughly within 48 hours, fit like a glove and had a great night and heads did turn, the clobber is eye catching and makes you the eye candy if you're out, my suit was the London Brown

My review is 3 stars based on the fact that when i recieved the suit it had obviously been worn and returned previously as in the jacket pocket were winning betting receipts for this years cheltenham festival and also a button was missing on the trousers. The material is great and the fit is good and for £99 excellent value

Ordered the tonic blue suit for it to arrive nothing like in the picture, trousers not hemmed and quakitydisgraceul for the price we paid.
Emailed and received a reponse quickly saying they would pay postage if we wished for another suit. I explained the situation that item arrived faulty etc. It cost £11 to send the suit back and although we have received a refund I have had no further correspondence from them regarding my £11 payment back. I have emailed everyday and still not heard from them.
Avoid this company. Cheap fabric, cheap quality and not very good customer service

Returned items seem to disapear and it take an age to get a response, even when you give them proof of delivery they dont give you a response so will never be useing them again.

I could not be more impressed with these guys! They have literally gone above and beyond! Their customer service is second to none and they are helpful, friendly and fun.
