Another great suit ! This is my second from the same company ! Good quality , fast delivery and good communication !
Great service and will buy again

Unacceptable customer service, nobody answers the phone whilst ringing, booked a weekend appt to sort my wedding suit out whilst visiting this place there is no clear sign or indication of where the actual unit is, left waiting nearly 2 hours for somebody to come down as they forgot about my appt and nobody was at the unit. Went to get right size the worker Zak tried to sell me a suit that was not new but he was adamant it was new, didnt take time to help me get the right fit . Messed around a complete waste of time, they get most of their products from house of cavani which is also in bham and cheaper so i would rather go there. Would not recommend or use again due to bad service and lack of trust.

Terrible company, I have called a total of 52 times over 5 days with only one answer. When the lad answered he said he would do a warehouse search and then if my order could not be found, they would get a new one sent out that day. Never happened and no answer today. I have messaged on Facebook, Twitter and emailed, still no response. The service is terrible and especially frustrating as we were hoping to order 6 more suits for a wedding if the quality of this was good, but will likely be going elsewhere now! Why would they just throw away business!

poor, delivered late and finally not at all. Failed to order in suit even after I went down to collect.........I would expect a small business like this to take better care of it's customers.....disappointing.

Have ordered a suit 8 days ago with next day deliver.

Still to now the suit has not been received. No reply to emails and no answer to phone calls!

Hoping they see this message and assist in rectifying their error ASAP.

Bit of a blip with initial order/ delivery.. however rectified wrong sizing efficiently. Top stuff.

Suit took nearly 2 weeks to arrive even though it was next day delivery 2 and last problem I’ve had with them will not be using again

Myself and my groomsmen ordered the Oxford Mavy Blue suits from here. We all ordered next day delivery. My dad’s Turned up in the wrong size, my other groomers turned up in grey and after 10 days of constantly asking daily where mine and my best mans suits arrived. Not once in this time did they respond to let me know when the suits would arrive. They also ignored my complaints about my dad’s and one of my groomsmen’s suits coming in the wrong colour and size. Avoid at all costs. Once they’ve got your money they don’t care. It will arrive when it arrives and you’ll get what you’re given is the attitude of this company.

Excellent quality suit. Colour was exactly as shown and arrived very quickly. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Suit is of a decent quality at a good price & true to size!!
However do not rely on them for next day delivery. I ordered on a Sunday expecting for it to be processed Monday & delivered Tuesday but didn't actually receive suit until Friday.
I found the company hard to get hold of on there contact numbers (never answered the 2 landline numbers I found when calling at about 3pm) except from when I found a mobile number which was answered straight away.
Overall : good product & price but not so good customer & delivery service.

Ordered two suits with next day delivery. Still waiting delivery.2 weeks later No responce from any emails i have sent very poor service would not use them again .

Great quality suit and put right a minor sizing error with ease.

I am very impressed with the speed and quality of service and the value for money is excellent, If I had one disappointment that would be that the original sales page said that delivery would be free on orders over an certain amount which at checkout was not applied, however I still feel that I received value for money and will definitely purchase from this company again.

My delivery was going to be on a Friday but I would have started my journey early and Mens Tweed Suit were gracious enough to deliver it to my hotel. It arrive on time a d it fitted me brilliantly. Thank you so much for a great 5* service.

Ordered a suit about a month ago still no arrival.
tracking services say the package doesn't exist.
wrote an email to inform about the package - no answer after 7 days.
conclusion? they stole my money.
don't order from them if you respect the money you work for.
I'd give 0 stars if I could.

I've seen more reviews such as mine when I started researching the site and they usually reply with "sorry we'll fix it" but I doubt any of that crap is actually resolved till this day.

Appauling quality suit. Cheap material. Poorly cut and finished. Tried to contact website to ask for advice on refund-no response. Sent back to head office but was told too late to return... avoid, avoid, avoid
