Scam website. If you check their Companies House, the company is inactive. They will generate a false invoice number and ask you to communicate with them via email. If you try to call them, they will reply once and then block your number. I have contacted the police and online fraud team. Products never arrive and they do not reply after 1-2 working days after the payment is through from your bank.
I placed an online order for printed menus 11 days ago and paid £220. Since then, I have been unable to reach them properly. A few times they answered my calls and told me that my menus were "in the queue and will be printed soon." However, they never download the artwork I sent, and they keep delaying the process.
They completely ignore my emails and phone calls, making it impossible to get an update on my order. They took my money, but they are not printing my menus, which is causing me to lose hundreds of pounds daily since I can't update my prices.
I would strongly advise against using this company if you value your time and money. Terrible customer service, zero communication, and highly unprofessional behavior.Avoid at all costs!
Great product, and the customer support is marvelous. They do every changes that I asked in the design. Very much satisfied with the design and print.
