First of all the customer service is great 🙏🏻 I had some delivery problems with my prior order but they solved it very smoothly. Then I gave a second order and got my Parker jacket at last. It is great 😍 very nice design; good quality.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company.

I placed an order during Easter, but the parcel was never delivered. After contacting customer service, I was told there were “logistics issues” and that I would receive updates. However, despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved.

I requested a cancellation and refund, but the process has been repeatedly delayed with no clear timeline. I was even promised an update “within a day,” which was not honored.

As a customer, I should not have to wait indefinitely due to internal issues between the company and their shipping partner.

At this point, I am still waiting for confirmation of my refund.

I hope the company takes responsibility and resolves this matter promptly.

I had ordered a jacket and error and literally one minute after placing the order I sent off two emails to customer service. Please delete the order took them 36 hours to get back to me. They did not delete the order they claimed that they couldn’t delete the order as the warehouse supposedly immediately commissions and dispatches the order. So then I refused the parcel. The parcel was sent back to the original sender. Thus far no refund. Plus they want to charge me €40 for shipping it back to them and I’ve never even accepted the parcel horrible horrible horrible experience.

Warning !! Never buy anything from here if you dont want more 😀

It was the beautiful oversized leather jacket in black. It already looked amazing in the product photos on the shop's website and on Instagram. I wasn't disappointed! A fantastic leather jacket, the leather is of excellent quality, but above all, it has a super-modern look!

I do not recommend at all! The customer service is terrible, they respond extremely slowly to emails. After 2 weeks of waiting for the order, they told me that they could not find the order in the system, the bank returned my money and I placed another order because I really wanted that jacket, after a week they canceled my order on the grounds that they no longer had the jacket in stock, this after I waited 2 days again to respond to my email.

I ordered the Simone jacket in size S/M and I am absolutely in love with it!! I live in the UK and shipping was extremely fast, communication was clear and consistent. I have ordered from Meotine 3 times now and each time i have been thrilled with the quality of their jackets - it is truly unmatched!! Thank you so much for such a beautiful leather jacket, i get compliments on it every time I wear it!

Had a great experience with Meotine. It was my second order and delivery was very quick. I bought Carly fur jacket and the quality is amazing!

Fast delivery and quality product

I almost never write reviews, but this experience was so extreme I had to share—it’s honestly unbelievable and a complete nightmare. Terrible experience. I’m in California and didn’t realize the company is based in Copenhagen—there was no notice at checkout about extra duties or taxes. I ordered the Carly jacket for $389.40, which was not as described, and they refused to exchange it or provide a proper replacement, offering only €262 as a partial refund. I also had to pay $77 in FedEx duties.

Later, a second order was placed without my authorization for $361. I never placed or accepted this order, yet the company shipped it and left me responsible for extra fees. They refunded $301 of the $361 charge, but I am still being told I am responsible for $131 in FedEx duties.

I have contacted the company around 50 times via email, including representatives Josephine, Oscar, Mathilde, Marie and Mikkel (who claimed to be CEO), but they did not provide a satisfactory solution. I have had to dispute both transactions through my bank.

Overall, communication is horrible, refunds are incomplete, and the company shows no accountability. Extremely frustrating—I would not recommend ordering from them.

I bought the Sloane jacket and I’m absolutely thrilled with it. It’s exactly as described on the website, and the delivery was very fast. I highly recommend Meotine !

100$ in import taxes to US for just one coat, you should somehow mention this.

I have ordered the JOHN JACKET CHECKED and the River Jacket. Wow, the quality is not great, to say the least. Especially the River Jacket — it’s like raw lambskin with a few buttons and extremely long sleeves attached to it. No shape at all. And the John Jacket looks like a cheap IKEA blanket material. Super thin, and the sleeves are unworldly long — definitely not designed for humans.

What really pissed me off was the €40 return fee. They only have one store worldwide in Coppenhagen, and they suggested that to avoid this shipping fee I should drop it off at their flagship store. I mean… this is simply ridiculous. I will never order from this store again. They need to revise their return fee and improve their craftsmanship.
