I first ordered a short brown suede jacket and wasn’t sure about it because I never wear short jackets. But in the end, I wore it every day… it’s so warm and the quality is amazing.
Then I saw a beautiful longer black leather jacket with a waist-cinching fit and just had to get it.
Shipping was super fast, no issues at all, and the quality is excellent — definitely worth the price!
I’ll definitely order a third jacket as well and I’m sticking with this brand from now on!

The irony of receiving an email to ask me about a jacket I’ve not received is beyond me - I’ve emailed customer services and would appreciate an update on the status of my delivery (over 2 weeks waiting for an item listed as in stock on their website)

I have ordered a trench coat from Meotine. The order was sent via DHL and was supposed to be delivered to a DHL packing station. The order was unfortunately automatically sent back to the sender ( Meotine) because the postal code of the DHL package station was missing on the label. I have contacted Meotine customer service immediately to let them know what happened. They didn‘t reply first, afterwards I received answers but they did not understand the problem, they understood first I received the item and sent it back ( although I did send all the details.. including DHL tracking) After several other e-mails in which I asked for a refund since the order was received back by Meotine ( as per DHL tracking), they told me they did not receive back the item and I should call DHL. Super unprofessional and zero quality in customer service… after one other e-Mail from my side where I explained again in the end they wrote to me that they will look into it/ i.e. the shipping manager was informed. I called DHL also directly and tbey confirmed that the package was received more than 10 days ago by Meotine. And now the customer service of Meotine doesn’t answer back… all I want is a refund of my money for an item I never received…. I don‘t recommend this brand at all, worst experience ( and I do order online from many online shops!), it seems more of a scam than a reputed brand…

I had placed a wait list for the Parker jacket in black and I saw the story when it was back on sale.
Easy to buy online, great jacket, leather is quality and the design is just as I wished.
Two points to check : the sizing button did not work for me, I could not open the link + as brand new, there is a rather strong smell on the jacket which is fading away but I do not have an outside place her to have it fade quicklier, so maybe keep the jacket in an open space a little while before sending it ?

The quality is horrible!
I bought the Bonnie cropped jacket this summer, but haven’t been able to wear it because of hot weather. Well now autumn is here and I used it for the first time.. several stitches came loose on the sleeve and neck.. the quality is on par with fast fashion retail!!!

Do NOT order from meotine. All the reviews about their customer service are true, extremly poor service. I have returned a coat several weeks ago and send them numerous mails and DM’s on Instagram but still no response or refund. Will definantly not order here again.

I really much like it, just the fact you can not try the things is annoyng, I had to send back some of the articles I bought and after I didn't anymore found the same color in one other size , but obviously this is not their fault, so Meotine in general is a great brand and I will buy from them again for sure.

The product is great both in quality and design.
Fast and hassle-free delivery

They are terrible with replying in their support. I wrote to them 5 days ago about sending me a returnlabel and they still haven’t helped me. They say they will send a label in a separate mail, but they don’t. I have e’mailed them at least 5 times after that and they still don’t reply!

I have to pay 50€ return fee😱. It’s unbelievable. I paid also 20€ retour cost, so I definitely don’t order again at this store. I had also wait for 4 weeks to get my money back.

I have had my Meotine Rico Canvas Coat for about two years and if I was just talking about the design and fit I’d be giving 5 stars. But unfortunately I’ve had several problems from the beginning: buttons falling of after just one week, seems opening continuously and discoloration. Obviously after two years one could argue that it is wear and tear but the coat had these issues from the beging. What made me write this review now was the discovery that several buttons were sown in into the coat lining and not underneath as well as a simple knot to fixate the buttons. For the price I would have expected more and would advise anyone against getting this coat since you can get better quality for your money elsewhere.

The coat is absolutely gorgeous

I usually am a big fan of this brand, but I hoped that the return process wouldn't be as difficult and uncertain as others have described on here. I've reached about returning an item that is way too big (and even specified that I would still be willing to purchase another item instead!) and have not heard back. I understand they may be busy and overwhelmed because they are a small business, so I usually never write reviews, but given how small the window for returns is and how expensive the item was, I am unsure if they will even get back to my emails and contact forms submitted online in time to return it. Makes me skeptical of whether I should ever order anything from them again because unless you get the sizing perfect, goodluck!

I ordered a white fur jacket and was very disappointed with the quality and craftsmanship. On top of that, I had to cover the return shipping costs myself, which are quite expensive when shipping from Germany. If you’re in Germany, think twice before ordering from this store.

Fast delivery, the coat is not very thick, but still warm. Looks quite stylish.

Very happy with my Karla Wool Jacket! I live in Spain and it arrived just in 4 days!
Quality is great, although for the price I would have appreciated a better packaging or even a hanger but it is true that it arrived with no defect.
It felt true to size.
Shipment details were shared along the way so I knew at all times where my order was.

50€ return fee? This is unacceptable. Definitely, my first and last purchase in this store.

Also, prices are too big which doesn't justify in the quality of the product.
