Good fit, but colour unusual
Delivered on time and a good fit. However, would have preferred that the ankle strap and the lower strap were both the same colour. I liked the cream of the lower strap and just wondered why you chose to put a pure white ankle strap?

I use to wear Mephisto shoe's for more than twenty years. I always enjoyed them but my last two pairs of shoes were not the same quality. The soles and leather are not at all the same quality.

Contact with Mephisto Steinmetz is awfully difficults
I had no possibility to follow my parcel. The information I got from Mephisto was confusing. Finally I got my shoes but they were too big although I ordered my usual size. So I want to return them but as their system " is out of order" I can't get the return label at the moment. In conclusion, at Mephisto Steinmetz nothing goes right...I am very disappointed and contact with them is awfully difficult!

We received shoes on Time , but first there was a mistake with the size. So we proceed on Line , through my personnal account , for the return of the shoes and the refund. But the return label did not appear, so impossible to print it to stick it on the package . And since, it s very difficult to get information about the way to continue the return . And we might be out of Time for the free return .

It took them one week to send me the payment confirmation. Let’s see how long it’s going to take until I get the shoes. Last time it took almost a month to get them. And Seur never informs where I have to collect them.

Good webshop bit expensive return within EU
Visited the webshop .com and got redirected to .fr
I had to return the item price 20€ from Belgium. If it was a bit cheaper I would order again. Still waiting for my refund. Delivery was good.Quality was great! Size advise was also good.I couldnt adjust the webshop to Dutch language. Had to translate everytime..
