Worst customer care! Bad product quality. Purchased TALIANA CEYLAN 9914 BLACK - 6.5 on their online shop for 260 EUR plus DHL shipping cost. Received the package on November 30. On December 9 the rubber sole came off almost completely from the leather. Sent photos, video and email to their Mephisto Italy email address, no reply. Called them 3 times "we are sending your claim to the relevant office"... still no reply. Really bad experience. I will never buy anything from these people again.

Very slow, service is very poor. Return is NOT FREE,as promised. Delivery from Germany, very slow.Customer service is not interested no or poor replies
Never again this webshop. If I want Mephisto shoes there are lots of other webshops who know how to keep their promise and maintain quality standards.

I went into a Mephisto shop in Toulouse with the very express purpose of buying a second pair of shoes that I already owned, but in a different colour. However, they weren't in stock and the assistant had no intention of ordering them. I later learned that I could have ordered them on-line and had them delivered to the shop. She did not suggest this and quite frankly would rather spend her time arguing with me about that colour not being available and the impossibility of ordering them despite the season not being over.

I will never buy another pair of Mephisto shoes unless it's from Lafayette in Paris. What a waste of time! French customer service - so hard to think of a compliment.
