The part arrived promptly
The part arrived promptly, but sadly didn't fit my car. It was the correct part but Mercedes can only conclude that at some point the car has had a replacement bumper.
Refund was agreed and processed very efficiently and quickly.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had.
Sent me a broken part and refused to take any liability for it. Worst customer service I've ever experienced - was literally made out to be a scammer. After requesting a refund I was quoted 3 different policy sections stating how they don't refund.
Will never order from here again.

Ordered bonnet badge for Mercedes and they sent the wrong part. When I got in touch with them they apologised and sent replacement part that day. Mistakes happen but it's how they are dealt with and this was excellent and that's why they get 5 stars.
