I have not fully engaged with the services yet, but I like the abundance of information and encouragement. Small business owners are sometimes overwhelmed with all the requirements needed to keep them operational.

I applied for a small business grant on the site. The process was really easy and quick. Everything was clear and concise. The site also had some great tips available. I will definitely be using the site’s resources again.

I've been reading your posts for a few years. Found out about Payment Depot through you all and used them for about 18 months while we were upgrading to a new POS with e-commerce. We had chosen a platform that we thought would work but it wasn't the right fit for our business. I then saw your info about Square that they had added e-commerce platform to their brick and mortar POS, jack pot! We're a small one store operation and Square is robust enough for us at this time. We needed a new credit card machine, so I filled out an online Merchant Maverick form. Received an instant reply from the team that the machine I selected was no longer used, and suggested a replacement. No time wasted, prompt and efficient. This is the type of service that I keep coming back for.

I am a very small single proprietorship that provides cutlery and tool sharpening services to a wide clientele in my area. I accept Venmo and cash for payment. Most of my "marketing" is word of mouth, plus some folks who find my website and contact me through a contact form or by calling my cell phone. Don't need marketing help, don't need improved search results. Very small outfit that pays virtually nothing for assistance. Don't even have a bookkeeper. I enjoy reading Merchant Maverick messages but most do not apply to my level of business expertise, and I am not interested in expanding.

I have been wanted to write a review for Merchant Maverick long time ago. We started our business around 2016, we got the first credit card processor, Worldpay through our business bank, at that point, I don't know anything about how credit card fee is charged, I just presumed everybody paid the same fee. After couple months, a lady from Heartland stopped by, wanted us switched to her company,, and she promised we would pay less . I started realized there are more choices than Worldpay, so I did some research online, try to find some info to help me decide, that's when I stumped upon this website: Merchant Maverick. I read the articles from them about credit card processors, the cons and pros for each processor..... From them, I learned the difference of each price models, and I learned the interchange plus..... There are so much useful info from their website! Fast forward today, we are very happy with the credit card processor we got it under Merchant Maverick's suggestion, they are fair and has excellent customer service. Merchant Maverick became my go-to website for anything related with credit card processors, I became a little expert about choosing credit card processor, I also recommend to my friends or customers to check out Merchant Maverick first before they want to switch their credit card processor. Thank you Merchant Maverick for your marvelous job to help small business owner like me save money. I hope Merchant Maverick will continue keep fair and neutral view on the topic they decide to take.

Been reading alot of your reviews that give fake ratings for services such as the Zero review. Don't use merchant marerick as a creditable site for information. Very flawed information

From the beginning, even before the creators of Merchant Maverick had their site up. I was attracted to the inspiration, generosity and educated truth that was made available to me to guide me through the maze of mis-information and deceit, especially in the credit card processing area. It gave me the upper hand when negotiating with processing companies and many times, I had more information then the salesman themselves and many times got redirected to the owner or head honcho of the company. I am extremely grateful for saving the 2% on my sales for the years I owned my retail business. Now with the current events and affairs of our world, the information I receive is invaluable to informing me of what is going on, way before the information finds its way to the public and I can trust the information and the guidance. Little more than a marketing company selling someone's services. nothing very helpful, and the lack of any real advise on operating online retail.
