Great support from Sarah

Based on the other reviews here, your experience may vary greatly, but I had an excellent experience with Sarah Zotian who assisted me with replacing some damaged Kesha vinyl I received - so maybe I got lucky or maybe things are turning around there?!

This company is a SCAM

This company is a SCAM. They sent me the wrong Lumineers hoodie, and I have contacted them 10+ times. I sometimes get a response that says that they are going to forward my issue to a specialist, but nothing. I spent over $70, and they don’t get back to you. So sad because I love the Lumineers, and that’s where they sell a lot of their merch. So disappointed.

Worst company I've ever dealt with

Worst company I've ever dealt with. They never answer a message and simply do not care if you receive what you ordered. I tried to cancel the order getting a response that I was being "forwarded to a specialist" never heard back from them and then they half shipped my order a week later. I have been trying to get a hold of them since and from reading all the reviews of this company I do not have high hopes of getting my refund.

I ordered 2 Harry Styles hoodies

I ordered 2 Harry Styles hoodies. Took 3 weeks and they were very pricey. One came with a stain on it and I could swear it has been worn and washed. The other was in better shape but the tag was cut out of the collar. Also assume it's a return. Both size medium, but incredibly different. Terrible quality.

Not the move..

Not the move...

I have reached out over 6x regarding an order I placed and have received the same automated response from “ Katelyn” in Customer Service saying she forwarded my request to a specialist but have yet to hear from anyone. I’ve also reached out via DM, which seemed promising but still hasn’t gotten me anywhere. While I understand a Maroon 5 bucket hat (embarrassing, I know) is not a top priority given we are living through a literal global pandemic and facing supply chain issues… it’s still very disappointing.

Had someone gotten back to me I would’ve been super chill about the delay but it doesn’t feel good to have a company take advantage of you. If I were you I’d wait until your favorite artist is in town and pick up some merch then, this store was not the move!

Asked for help but never got it

Ordered three shirts from US to Sweden on pre order, took about two months longer to ship all of them than promised. They sent one t-shirt at a time instead of all three in one parcel leading to extra custom fees.. Tried to contact them after they sent the first one to ask if they could send the other two together but I never got an answer before they sent the second one and when I finally did get it it said "we're sending this question to our experts". Finally got the confirmation of the last shipment yesterday and wrote my last email to customer service.
One of the shirt is dyed blue. After washing the shirt following the instructions in the shirt the white print is all blue-ish. I asked about compensation for the long wait, the destroyed shirt and the extra fees I've been forced to pay. This time they answered pretty quick that it's none of their business.
That pretty much sums their customer service up.

MerchTraffic changed my delivery address for no reason

MerchTraffic shipped my order on time, which was the only thing they did right. They then proceeded to change the delivery address to a town 300 miles away. Now they won't answer my emails except to say that a specialist will contact me. It's been 2 weeks and surprise, no specialist has contacted me.

I filed a complaint with the BBB and will see if they can get anywhere but I will NEVER do business with this shady company again. I can't believe LiveNation uses this trash service.

If your favourite Artist's Store uses these AVOID!

So. There are a number of individual Artists Stores "Powered by Merch Traffic".

On (at least some of) these stores there is ZERO contact information. The Support tab of these stores just links to the google homepage...

So I had to go to Merch Traffic's individual site. And there were customer support emails! Yes! Actually no... those emails don't work and throw an 'undelivered email' error.

So there's no way of getting in contact with these people if you want to return something. All I wanted was to exchange one size for another (because they also give NO guidance on sizes) and it's essentially impossible.

I've reached out to the Artist's Official Social media as a last ditch attempt but I'm not holding out hope.
