Had the pleasure of speaking and meeting Neil the driver who delivered my shed on 13/03/2026. Rang 30 mins beforehand to check I would be there and arrived on time. Happy chappy, very nice and chatty.. thank you Neil 👍

Went above and beyond in high winds delivering my shed

Neil the delivery driver for my shed/greenhouse was very professional. He knew a lot about the product and was polite and very helpful.

Brilliant service and delivery and product looks to be good quality. V friendly driver with good communication around delivery. Would recommend.

While I haven't yet built my bike shed due to adverse weather, I wanted to review the delivery aspect. I will return to product review at a later date. I was kept informed at all times and regularly updated regarding deliver date and time. The driver, Neil, rang half an hour before he arrived and was spot on. Neil was one of the best delivery drivers I have had. Very pleasant and friendly and in difficult windy conditions extremely helpful. He is a credit to your company and an asset. Thanks Neil!

Neil the guy to deliver my shed today was excellent

I was contacted last night with a text from my delivery driver, Andy S, saying that he would be with me approximately 7am. At just before 6:50am this morning he arrived and waited outside until just before 7am. He was polite, friendly, approachable and chatty. I offered to help but he declined and continued the delivery in a very efficient and tidy manner; asking where exactly I wanted it all stacked. It was a big, heavy delivery and he completed it all within probably 10 minutes. He made sure to shut my gate properly as he had noticed I had little dogs - not every delivery person is so attentive.

Neil was excellent, professional, friendly, communicated everything clearly to us and helped us bring the shed off the truck into our warehouse.

What an awful company and product we ordered a playhouse for my sons 3rd birthday this was his present, when the product came there was damage to numerous planners in the structure we contracted the retailer sent pictures to be told it had been passed over to the company directly! We waited over the week and in the end gave up as heard nothing so got a joiner to come and fix the damage and put the playhouse together as my sons birthday was approaching we had to pay £120 for the cost of materials to fix the damage and then the charge for the joiners time finally I got a reply saying as we had built the playhouse they would offer £50 towards to damages as the house had been built and there was nothing further that could do, we never received the £50 roll on 5 months the playhouse is starting to mould even though the wood was treated when it was built the door and the window box panels are moulding and again they have asked to information I have supplied asked me when I have replaced the roof liner and retreated the building it’s only 5 months old the playhouse it seems this company don’t care for there customers and sell below par products the playhouse was nearly £800 pounds but hasn’t even lasted 6 months now I’m reluctant to let my boy into it even though this summer would be then he would use it the most!!! Extremely disappointing awful customer service and product!!!! DO NOT BUY

Ordered a shed from Wilco, not realising that it came from this company. I chose this one as needed it urgently for a childcare business and Wilco said it would be delivered on Friday. I booked a council registered tradesperson to erect it - as it’s for childcare it has to be done by certain companies.
I then received an email from this company stating it wouldn’t be delivered until the following week. I called them and spoke to the customer services team leader who was incredibly unhelpful. I explained I would lose almost £500 as it was booked and paid for on the arranged date to be erected. She said that was wilcos fault and refused to try to help.
I was told the shed would be delivered on Saturday between 8.30 and 6. As it was being delivered to a school I asked for a phone call half an hour before delivery. The driver tried to deliver at 8am! I have stood at school (outside) since 8.15 as the portal said it would be delivered at 9, then 10, then 10.30 etc. it is freezing. The driver is ignoring my calls and messages. He has turned his phone off with zero response. The portal is still saying it would be delivered now at 1.30pm. This has not happened. A whole Saturday standing in the freezing cold waiting for a delivery the portal said was happening.

Andy was fantastic in keeping me up to date with delivery times, he helped me take the parts to a 18x6ft summer house down to my house. And is a genuine nice person all round. I really can’t thank him enough for his help today, I haven’t put the summer house together yet but the wood and materials all look great!
