Best delivery ever
Best delivery ever, very help full. Easy to build which was a good send. Took me and my husband 3 days, my husband only had one leg and I have mobility issues so thought we did excellent.

Bad customer service
Had an 8x6 Metal Shed delivered toward the end of February, No fault on the delivery guys, they were great!
Then I found we were missing 2 parts of the Shed so went back to them & specified which number parts we needed. Great! Replacement parts delivered on the 23rd March however, the wrong parts!
Got in touch again, this time it has been a struggle to this day.
*UPDATE* upon writing this review, I had the correct parts delivered and the Shed is now complete.
I still stand by my poor customer service comments and would still avoid having to use them again.

I had a fantastic experience with Toni, who went above and beyond to help me. Even though I purchased the item two years ago, Toni took the time to organise a spare part for me quickly and without any hassle. It’s rare to see that level of customer service after so long, and I really appreciated the effort and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Absolutely awful company I should of had a delivery on 27th March, spoke to several people from the company regarding the delivery . I am still waiting for my delivery was promised I would get a delivery on the 18th still no delivery. Don't buy or use this company.
