Quick at fixing are issue
With other internet services their service was slow & unpredictable. Especially when we have a house full of grandchildren with phones, games, iPads, etc. We had 20 people last July & everyone had service including our son-in-law who works from home. I am amazed!! I would recommend Mercury to everyone I know!

My neighbor across the road from me has the same tower and plan as I do, in fact I referred you to them.
There is a major contrast between my service and theirs. I have no issues with MW now days since they installed the new system. Before I had to reboot all the time and deal with random outages and failure's to log on. Now I never reboot and never have a outage and always have the speed that I pay for you would think I have fiber.
My neighbor is just the opposite,, from day one, unable to log on and always needing to boot and slow speed just constant problems. They had the so called tec's out and no help, one tec told them the system is crap LOL. They recently went to star link and could not be happier even it is more expensive.

Service is great, had a couple of glitches at beginning but quickly got fixed.
I was so excited to finally have an option for supposedly high speed internet at our home - and for the first few months, it worked great! Slowly, however, speed AND reliability has grown worse and worse. I have sent numerous emails, talked with several customer service reps and spent well over 3 hours on the phone with their support team, I have had a truck visit my home, and in the end I still had massive dropouts and slowdowns. To be clear, the problems began in October 2023 and as of today (Feb 4, 2024), the issue has been turned over to their engineers to review...i.e. not solved. My favorite part was when the last person I spoke to said that it was an install problem because the barn across the road was in the way (for reference, the barn across the road is part of a centennial farm and has been there long before any of us). I finally went to Starlink to get the internet we needed. Anyways, I tried to call and cancel and of course there is some sort of early termination fee on a contract that I never signed. When I said that they weren't holding up their end of the contract, they said they never tell anyone to depend solely on their service and they felt the 3-4 month timeline for repair was fine. Wow. This is amazingly poor service that should be unacceptable for any company in 2024. UPDATE - After several more calls I was able to speak to someone who was able to at least offer me a credit towards the termination bill. I also had a call from the regional director who offered to try a new installation to solve the problem, but I passed on that as I already have purchased and installed Starlink. So not a perfect ending but better than it was a couple of days ago.
