Paid through Mercuryo and my money was taken from my account, but I never received my purchase. Contacted support and was told it could take a while. A day later the money was back in my account and still no sign of my purchase. Seemed like that was the end of that and at least I got my money back. So this time Used another method (Stripe) for my purchase which went through just fine. Next day Mercuryo decided to take the money from my account again which overdrafted my account. Crazy because my account isn't even supposed to be able overdraft. So now I'm in the negative and have overdraft fees to pay as well. So thanks wasting my time and my money. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
