Grand Tetras apartment is great to ski on and off the piste (almost), just a 1 min walk across the car park at the back of the chalet. Its a little way out of town....so the bus (two required) or a car is essential to get up and down in to town. The Rond Point is fairly accessible though.

The apartment is a little tired - have stayed in better for less money. The furnishings are tired, the sofas need a good clean, all of the crockery and kitchen stuff needs chucking and restocking. But the bedrooms and furnishings are decent.

Overall the Chalet agent was just ok - little in the way of introduction, had been given the wrong key to get in to start, never could get in the ski store....nothing massively wrong but had far better welcomes and hospitality with others.

We booked two apartments with this company after searching for suitable accommodation for a family ski holiday.
I found them very helpful, honest and informative when we were deciding which company to go with.
This continued once we'd booked, with quick detailed responses to my enquiries, and they were particularly helpful with my request to arrange for early entry to the apartment as we were travelling with a small baby.
The apartments themselves were excellent. They're not brand new, but they are clean and comfortable and very warm. Most things worked well, although we do not get on with electric hobs!
There were a few minor issues, but these were dealt with quickly and efficiently.
What we particularly liked about these apartments was that they are privately owned so are very homely - we've found some commercial flats to be rather sterile in the past.
The situation of the apartments was exactly as described, a few hundred metres on foot to all the important amenities: slopes, lifts, lift pass office, restaurants, bars, shops and ski hire.
There is an excellent view from the living rooms and there are balconies on 2 sides which let you get the sun throughout the day.
Administration was also fairly efficient, the only slight complaint was a small delay in getting the refund of the security deposit as they had not received and/or expedited the end-of-week report from the cleaning company, but this has all been cleared up now and we'd definitely use this company again.

Great location, good facilities, very comfortable

Some bit were good- some less so. The booking website is clunky. One of our apartments had some problems- which did eventually get sorted - nobody ever visited the apartment when we were there to sort the problems. No apology after for the issues experienced- or any sort of refund. Expensive mobile phone bill incurred whilst away trying to sort the issues out by phone from slopes.
Staff were helpful & friendly on the phone . Apartments were nice. Links to companies for ski hire and transfers were good and both delivered an excellent service.

Communication was prompt and all instructions clear . Everything we needed at the apartment. We had a lovely time in Meribel. Thank you.

Meribel Chalet & Apartment Rentals were very helpful throughout my whole booking experience. Mark helped me find the best accommodation for my budget, Sue was helpful in completing my booking & answering any questions I had and Ewan was great when we had a problem in our accommodation.

We had superb accommodation in a great location, only a short walk to the slopes from the apartment, almost ski in/ski out. I have no hesitation in recommending this company if your looking to stay in Meribel or Courchevel.

Good service. Really good apartment. My gripe was that the ski rental shop recommended by the company and to which we were encouraged to go was miles away in a different village. Two bus rides. It was also pretty awful (huge queues, poor kit - but it was half term) and I assume is paying good commissions to get idiots like us to rent from there. We'd paid in advance so were a bit stuck. I should have checked the location of course so it's my fault but I just assumed a holiday company would have some focus on customer service and suggest a rental shop close to where they are renting you an apartment!

Great pleasant clean well equipped chalet close to the slopes, but actual living area is small if at full capacity and steep stairs so be wary if you take little ones. Can be icy directly outside the ski store room so take care- we had a couple of nasty falls.

+ Nice location, great view, nice apartment. Close to pistes, although we had to clean some stairs from snow.
- Not very clean apartment. Owners should care more about the cleanliness of the house.

Four. Of us stayed for five days in Meribel in January 2017. We stayed in Jardin Eden. The apartment was great. It was comfortable and accommodating with everything necessary there. There was a chair lift within two minutes walk in morning which was excellent. The apartment was booked through Meribel chalet and apartments who we found excellent to deal with and even contacted us during our stay to make sure everything was ok. Thoroughly recommended and will use again.

Great location in lovely village next to the slopes and golf chair lift. Apartment compact but with all amenities and very cosy. Couple of maintenance issues and not completely clean on arrival, we have found this before with other companies when self catering, due to the quick turn around of apartments. It certainly wouldn't put us off booking again. The staff at Meribel Chalets and Apartments were fantastic, from the booking stage, assisting with queries leading up to the holiday and making contact with us just before arrival ensuring that everything ran smoothly. We didn't experience any problems during our stay but I feel certain they would have dealt with them promptly. There are also added benefits they can offer such as discounts on ski passes, ski hire and transfers plus vouchers for lunch at chosen restaurants. So plenty of savings to be made.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company and hope to book through them again.
