I put my business property with this company in July 2019
For I realise an unobtainable price
Charged £720
Was informed they had people waiting for my type of business & they would actively be approaching prospective buyers
That didn’t happen
Nothing at all has happened
Not one enquiry
Not one viewer
Just put it on various websites
My business is now closing as I’ve not worked for 10 months
I called to inform them & apparently I have to pay over £4000
Wouldn’t even cost that to sell a £500000 house
I have already lost everything
Cannot pay that
Utterly distraught

Terrible staff - very rude and shouts on the phone - terrible customer service and should not be serving the public like this

Terrible company with rude and dishonest staff. Dont believe me? Just type their name into Google and read the news articles.
Also, they was pointed out on LinkedIn for giving themselves false reviews because they stupidly used their own company account to leave the review. Ah karma is so sweet haha!

Five years ago I received a call from meridian pushing me to sell my property, I said I just bought it but than they told me you have nothing to lose to put it back on the market and make some profit, it past 5 years and didn’t sell it. I asked to take it off from the market cause it really doesn’t make any sense. They want £1250 plus vat to take it off from the market, they are cons

As a landlord we were very much let down by the lack of communication. Do not respond to emails, do not return calls, and when they do (having all numbers) - call the wrong one. Didn't even bother to inform us that they had moved premises.

Managed top call them whilst outside, and said that we were coming in to talk and collect our keys, sent someone down with the keys and would not talk to us! Shame really, as they used to be REALLY good.

We are very happy with Meridian Estate Agent.The communication is quick and clear specially with Katie.She is very friendly and helpful.

As someone with 4 years working as an Estate agent, 5 years as a landlord working with Letting agents, having been a tenant for some 15 years as well as a working professional, I have a clear idea of how to meet reality against expectations.
Meridian has by far the least professional organisation I've ever dealt with. The communication internally and externally is very poor and their processes are completely fragmented.
I never write these, but I had to share what has been a 3 year, consistently, wildly disappointing experience.

Having only just viewed a property and started the renting process, I can already say that I am pleased with the efficiency so far. Lakeisha is very polite and easy to talk to which is a breath of fresh air when dealing with agencies as I have had my fill of rude and uncooperative agents. Goodlord is easy to use and cuts out a lot of the leg work, look forward to the rest of the year to go as smoothly.

From day one the team at Meridian have been absolutely incredible and I couldn't ask for more. Having had an awful experience with my previous agent, Meridian have ensured that every aspect of the renting process has been completed with ease. I don't fit into the 'ideal tenant' on paper but reality is often very different. The team at Meridian, particularly Tracey and James, saw me as an individual and not a statistic and that has continued. I have been on a few viewings recently as my current tenancy is coming to an end, Katie has been so patient with me. Again the way in which the Team have assisted and supported me has been fantastic. They are approachable and understanding. Nothing is too much trouble, whether that is a phone call, a face to face meeting, a viewing or a problem within the property. I would highly recommend Meridian.

It was a nice and easy experience, Katie had a great mannerism about her and made it very easy for me to decide on my choice of apartment.
