The product is total junk - looks like a very first Home Ec or 4H design. Quality is the worst I've ever seen & I'm not going to pay my American Express bill for it. Wish some way to return to China - would be embarrassing to even donate to Goodwill!!

Should be NO stars. Ordered on May 23 and tracking said it arrived in my city 6/20 but then went somewhere else. COMPLETE AND TOTAL SCAM!!

Zero Stars! DO NOT order from this company! I (stupidly) ordered a dress May 6th and have never received it. The email they sent me says it is “still at customs”. Such a scam!

Poor quality clothes, no response when I try to return, really wish I had read more reviews before ordering! Waste of money

One star is too much!! Total scam. Took almost a month to receive items, items listed as cotton and were like paper, and every item has a five star review which is not true!! Fake reviews. They deleted every review I posted! Do not buy from them!! Wasted $100.00!!

Beware and do not purchase anything from them. Missing half my order and the items I did get were so cheaply made I won't even wear them. Everything came from China and took weeks to arrive. Tried emailing them to return and get a refund and never got a reply. Scam!!

NEVER ORDER FROM MERIDRESS! I placed a $68 order for two dresses around May 2nd and like most everyone else haven’t seen my order. I’ve emailed only to get a vague email.... it was in transit. I’ve emailed for a refund only to get another email..... it was in transit. I should have known better. I just paid $68 bucks of stupid tax. It sucks we can be ripped off like this with no recourse. They represent themselves as a cute and trendy American company only to be be in some back alley sweat shop employing kids. Shame, shame on you!

This company is a scam....took around 6 weeks to get my order and the romper was sewn crooked and unwearable. Customer service is non existent.

I wish I could give zero stars! The dress arrived a month after purchasing which I didn't care about that but the material is extremely cheap and flimsy for the price. I should have known better but I read the reviews and saw the return policy. Those reviews on their site must be fake.

Meridress is a complete fraud!!!

I ordered a maxi dresses advertised on their website; however, the dress that I received is a different material and style. I contacted Meridress via email the next business day to inquire about their 30-day hassle free return policy, but they have refused to provide a mailing address and/or authorization for the return. Their inbox is usually full and/or unresponsive.

I placed an order for a dress that was $47.00. The website said allow 10-15 days. I got my order in 34 days. I would NOT recommend this company. Their policy is no returns after 30 days but it took 34 days just to get it. They do not have a customer service telephone number that you can call to check on the order. They have a e-mail address, which i used but never received a response. I will never order from them again. I would advice against using this company. I believe it is a scam.

DO NOT ORDER from Meridress. The company is a scam. I ordered items totaling $122.92 on May 30, 2020. Today is June 19, 2020 and I have yet to get a response from my two emails to their customer service. I am livid and want my money back. I want to file charges!!

Just got a size “medium” dress that is 1. In actuality an XS, and 2. Horrible quality. Total scam - do not buy from them!!!

I placed an order on April 30th. As of today, I still have not received anything. I have reached out to CS several times for a status update. According the the tracking it is somewhere (not sure International or USA) and is still in route. Last update on that was June 8th. My Account with Meridress states the order was fulfilled. Very frustrated!

I would NOT recommend or I will not ever purchase anything from this company again. Understood there would be delays due to COVID-19 but this is not acceptable.

I FINALLY got my dress after waiting a month. I absolutely loved it to be honest and I’m very particular. I contacted csmeridress.com 4-5 times. Tracking was difficult to follow and sometimes I’d get a reply in Chinese. I read reviews after I placed the order and lost all hope until it finally arrived and was shocked that it was so pretty. I love it and felt bad I left other terrible reviews on their website. Not a 5 bc of the delivery and tracking email experience.

I wish there was a zero star option. The "fast delivery" that they advertise is false. My order was supposedly shipped a month ago... I have emailed twice only got a reply once that said it was in transit. When you track it the status is in Chinese! I left a review on their social media page and was immediately blocked! They only leave the positive comments I guess. Horrible company.

This company is a scam. I only ordered from them because they promised shipping in 24 hours. It’s been over a month and nothing. No response to email. I’ll try to get my money back through PayPal.

As everyone else said, this company is a complete SCAM. Do not order. Wish I saw this page before I spent $100 there. I emailed within the first month to cancel my order since it still was not shipped and they responded back saying it will be sent. I have emailed them every day for the past few weeks and no response. Months have passed and absolutely nothing. I thought it would be safe since they use PayPal and have a lot of ads, but do not be fooled.

This company is not real. I placed my order on May 6, still have not received my order on June 12. I have tried contacting them 4 times now and they have not responded. Going to dispute this with my credit card company.
