Misleading advertising

Misleading advertising and lack of accountability from this company. An email from the company linked clearly through to their monthly membership page with an incentive offered to sign up. The incentive didn't turn up and now the company are trying to argue that it should never have been offered. They refuse to take responsibility for the misleading nature of the advertising either. Very shoddy. My family have been loyal customers for a number of years but that evidently counts for nothing to this group of chancers. Pathetic way to treat customers.

This company is a joke!

This company is a joke!
After having ordered 2 Merlin passes online and having paid the deposit I still have not received my passes. I managed to track the delivery through a royal mail link. The passes were delivered to an address in Rochester...I live in Slough! A complete stranger is holding my passes for over a month with my kids pictures on it, their date of birth and other personal data such as my email address. I have been trying to call Merlin customer service only to have an automatic voice saying they are too busy to take calls. The call gets cut off automatically. I have sent 2 emails through their website and still no one has got back to me. Instead I start receiving emails from Merlin about the monthly payment being overdue! Really???
I will continue to try get hold of them and once I manage they will hear what I have to say. Apart from the incredible lack of professionalism they gravely breached my privacy by giving random people access to my personal information. This will be taken further!

I took my family to London Dungeons…

I took my family to London Dungeons last week and was completely appalled by the whole experience. We were in the dark throughout, herded from one place to another watching very mediocre acting. Even as someone who has been living in the UK and a teacher of history, I thought it was an incredibly poor performance/show. My family does not speak English- the whole show was in cockney English which made it even harder for them to understand. No headphones in any other language were provided, you had to fight for front row to be able to see anything and apart from my brother, no one in my company of 5 are tall. My mum is 78 and she struggled to even see where she was going. My sister is claustrophobic and the door was closed at every single room for the acting (we weren't able to move on!). Halfway through, I tried to speak to a manager and had to wait for 45 minutes being passed on from one member of staff to another only to find out that they could/would do absolutely nothing about it. I ended up wasting at least a good £100. If you're going to buy combined tickets, London Dungeons must be avoided at all costs! Not worth a penny and total waste of time for tourists.

One of the WORST companies I have ever worked for!

The company is all about profits, with no thought for the way they treat either staff. Wages are seriously poor and do not reflect that amount of work that dedicated employees put in (I have recently moved to a different company, and my wage has almost doubled for the same job, working further outside of London).

For a company that turns over a billion pounds worth of revenue, you would expect their offices to be a lot more than cold, leaking portacabins or falling own buildings. I've worked for charities that have better standards than this place.

Their charity work is a complete con and leads to profit for the company. The company actively raises money, so that they can purchase tickets for disabled children - to their OWN attractions. What a scam!

The management in this company are seriously poor and don't seem to have a clue what they are doing. Your face really needs to fit within the company if you want to progress. If you voice your own opinion, its likely that you will get pushed out, whereas if you say the things that senior management want you to hear, you'll go far. This is seriously the wrong attitude to have - and has lead to some fantastic people leaving the company, whilst incompetent, indecisive and under the thumb people have worked their way up (these people wouldn't have a chance outside of the company). I've now come to learn that a 'Merlin Person' is one who is particularly nasty, and doesn't care for their colleagues.
