I would highly recommend MerseyRod, quick appointments available. Arrived on time, knowledgeable and professional engineers who sorted our blocked drains quickly. CCTV was effective for peace of mind about inaccessible drain areas.

Called Mersey Rod at 11am regarding a blocked drain - they called me 40 mins before arriving at 3:30 the same day and had the job sorted within 40 mins. Excellent service and Andy was courteous and explained to me exactly what the problem had been and how he had rectified it .

Excellent service from Merseyrod. I phoned them on Sunday evening and arranged for them to call Bank Holiday Monday morning. Alan rang at 8:15 am and arrived at 8:45 am. Job completed in an hour. Would definitely use again. I would highly recommend Merseyrod!

Engineer came out quickly and did ny drain survey. Once I got the report emailed the office for more information as well as called the engineer and was ignored by both. Ended up going to another company to do the work, sent them the CCTV footage and they advised the the footage was so poor that they couldn't see anything and had to come out and do another survey.

I was very pleased with the response and service from Mersey Rod. We had signs of a developing problem with the foul drainage and I didn’t want it to worsen. I called Mersey Rod on the Monday and they had someone out to me the next day. Andy arrived as agreed and quickly identified and cleared the blockage, plus checking the drains in both directions with the camera equipment. Thanks to Mersey Rod and Andy for a great job.
