Blocked garden drains. Great service
The man who came to unblock the outside drains was lovely. Couldn’t fault the service at all, he explained to me what the problem was and managed to temporarily fix it. He even power washed the patio for us as well. Brilliant service, I would highly recommend Mersey Rod.

Fast response after our call out. Unblocked the pipes quickly and jet washed clear. Spent a good amount of time tidying up afterwards. Left site clean. Very pleased with the end result.

Excellent service and highly recommend them. Responded promptly and turned up on time. Sorted my blocked drain quickly and showed me the results on camera feed. Gave advice as to how to prevent the issue in future. Will recommend to family and friends.

Great Company
The company was great from start to finish. Becky, who i spoke to, arranged the appointment out for me and, the engineer who attended, sorted out the blocked drain and advised staff on site why this had happened and what to do to stop it happening again.
I would recommend Merseyrod.

Andy arrived on time and had all the equipment necessary with him. He jetted the drain and cleared the blockage. Job done in no time, with no fuss. And he left the drain area clean and tidy. Andy is a consummate professional at a very reasonable cost. I would very highly recommend Mersey Rod after being let down by another company who wanted to dig up and replace drains and made no real effort to clear the blockage but still charged us. I needed a drain cleared asap at one if my tenanted properties and gave Rebecca a call on a Friday. They were there bright and early on Saturday at no extra charge and the engineer Keir in touch by phone as I was out of the country. Very good service, excellent communication and the price was very good.
I couldn’t be happier, they are my go to from now on.

Jem rang when on his way. Unblocked my drain in about half hour. This was a set price, I paid £30 deposit when booking, the rest paid when the job was finished. Jem was such a nice guy, left his card incase of any future problems. I would highly recommend these, for reliability, price and polite Engineers. Would highly recommend MerseycRod.

The engineer arrived at the stated time and immediately went to work to determine what the problem was. He then efficiently dealt with the issue and used CCTV to explain the problem, remedy and to reassure that the work was completed.
