Alan and George were absolutely spot on, friendly, efficient and cleaned up well afterwards. Stove hasn’t been off for a single day since having it installed, we love it! Paddy was fantastic with his communication and always really helpful. Totally recommend these guys.

Fantastic service and cheap. Being an online shop you get a bit weary but the price was good so I gave them a go. Paddy was very helpful, right through the process offering advice. Workers were brilliant, a nice clean job ordered and delivered within a week and completed on the day. HETAS certificate arrived within 4 weeks. Well worth it. Thanks Mersey Stoves a great job. I would use you again.

Very competitive which is brilliant extremely professional and polite. And as tidy as they can be but at the end of the day it is a big job that they make as simple as they can. They was in and out in a day I was very impressed with the workmanship it’s definitely the best project we have had done 👍

Great communication, answered all questions, arrived on time and did a fabulous job. Thank you so much would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a log burner, we love it.

After failures of other stove installers to give a price or gave a huge lead in time, I found Mersey Stoves on Facebook. I gave the measurements of my stack and pictures of the room. After a few messenger messages I had a price and install date [3 weeks]. The guys attended on time and finished on time at the agreed price. They were very polite and accommodating. From start to finish everything was easy and ran smoothly with all rubbish removed from site bar a little cardboard.

The guys turned up bang on time. Talked through the process etc. disconnected the old gas fire and capped off. The whole process from start to finish took 5 hours. This was including the use of a cherry picker (which they organised) as the hight of our house was too high, commend the safety aspect of using a cherry picker. Cleaned up after and took everything away.
The ordering process was very easy, all done on line. But when I had questions they got back to me very quickly.
I would highly recommend this company

Alan and the two lads fitted our multi fuel stove today, job carried out with no fuss, left the place clean and took away all the rubbish, would definitely recommend, thanks guys 😊

From initial contact via Instagram they were so informative and helpful in explaining what was needed, as I wanted my fireplace opening as large as possible. Quick fitting date and all done in a day! The fitters were so efficient and polite. So impressed!

We’ve had bad experiences with tradespeople in the past but we really wanted an electric stove fireplace. We contacted Merseystoves and from the first message, Mark was brilliant. He was honest about the price and timescale. We were so worried that it was all too good to be true. They turned up exactly when they promised, worked really hard, tidied everything away, finished in a few hours and were friendly. We’re so happy with the fireplace. It looks gorgeous and is lovely and warm especially for this time of year when it’s not cold enough for the central heating. We would 100% recommend them and we’re so grateful.

No nonsense communication from start to finish. A 1st class instalation took around 6 hours all the spoil/debris packaging taken away.

We did our research around the different companies offering stove installation and we chose Merseystove because of the excellent communication and customer service.
We messaged them initially on facebook for a quote and soon after we had a very informative and helpful exchange with Paddy who talked us through everything we needed to do. It was also very helpful that you can pay via PayPal credit which isn't offered by a lot of other companies.
We have a very tall three storey house and so Paddy arranged for a cherry picker with the house being too tall for normal ladders. The cherry picker lads were lovely and even let me go up in it on the day which was ace!
The installation went very smoothly, they covered all surfaces and despite the bricks, dust and soot from our existing fireplace, you couldn't tell once they'd cleaned up.
They were quick, efficient and we have been left with the most beautiful stove that works wonderfully and has kept us cosy!
100% would highly recommend these professionals, from the beginning to the end they looked after us and are genuinely the loveliest people. Thank you

Stove fitted by Mersey Stoves last week.
Booking and planning the job was made really easy by Paddy in the office, he was extremely accommodating in fitting it around my own work schedule and keeping me up to date with how everything was moving forward.
The fitting team were all very competent and experienced and dealt with what was an awkward job in an old house with great skill, i was really impressed, thanks.
Highly recommended.
