Scam site DONT TRUST

Scam site DONT TRUST. If you check their listed emails in their policies there are spelling mistakes and personal emails instead of business emails. currently trying to get my money back.

Complete scam!!!!!
I ordered three jackets. After buying no order confirmation, nothing!!! Shipment took ages and when the jackets arrived they were completely different from the ones they show online. My friend bought a jacket and hers looked perfect. The heat reaction thing doesn’t even work. FAKE!!!!!!!!

Crazy Brand / Best support Team

The Brand metra have Crazy products. Quality is also Crazy.
Same quality but different brand, you have to pay much more for the clothes.
But the one and only is the Support Team, so fast with answer and everything was so easy for me. Best Brand in the World. I have a lot of experience with this kind of clothing. I test Drama Call, corteiz, supreme. All in All please Order here and support mertra…. Best regards from berlin 💪🏾

Great Customer Service

One of the best company’s in terms of customer support. Haven’t seen customer service as responsive and reassuring as this. Checked in on my package multiple times and was met with friendly responses back telling me that there were a lot of orders. The clothes are also crazy good. 10/10 recommend

SCAM, order never arrived and

I ordered a jacket and a pair of trousers on Black Friday 2024. I got a strange confirmation email and then no update for weeks. I kept contacting them and every other email they would reply with a very short and unconvincing promise of it arriving soon. It was very expensive and is a complete SCAM. No further updates and looks like I’m never going to get what I ordered since it’s been 2 months now.

CUSTOMS CHARGES BEWARE!

Be really careful as many of the products come from Australia. We bought a jacket in one of the 'drops' - paid £21 postage and ALSO had to pay £47.86 CUSTOMS CHARGES ON A £150 jacket. We thought their customs charges were £0 as they said on their instagram site recently. Jacket nice but not worth THAT much. Be very careful when ordering from this company.

Not only this, but we have set up a message to be displayed at checkout if the products you are after are no longer available in your nearest warehouse - it will explain to you that your order will be shipped from Australia if you proceed with the order!
Having a warehouse in the UK and AU, it is impossible to avoid customs fees for international orders.
Please note, we are in the process of setting up an EU warehouse, to hopefully completely eliminate all customs fees for our European customers.

Is this company for real ?

Is this company for real ?? My son spent £21 on what he thought was a beanie hat and received something resembling a swimming cap made from a pair of nylon tights . No problem, we’ll just return that . Oh no hold on , you can’t !! This shocking company do not accept returns !! Feel like my son’s been completely ripped off ! They should be ashamed of themselves. AVOID , AVOID , AVOID!!!!!

The product your son purchased was one of our most popular "Sprinter Beanies". These are not regular beanies, but are traditionally worn as running caps, before introduced into the streetwear scene.
We are not the first company to drop beanies like these, and very cleared showed the material and fit throughout our social media.
I'm sorry that your son was not happy with the item he received, but it is exactly as described online and a constantly sold out product!

The clothing is nice but the shipping…

The clothing is nice but the shipping was absolutly terrible. Mine came from Australia and took around a month to arrive. When it did finally get close they said the delivery failed and we had to go and pick it up. Once we picked it up we have to pay a 40 pound custom as the company didn’t pay it. Not good

Shit

The tracking was shit.
I received some signs that my package was sent but not nearly enough. Its been 28 days since i ordered a jacket from mertramertra and only now theres signs that my package might actually land in my hands soon.
Today someone from a post office came to my house and asked for over 50% tax. The jacket was 1405 dkk and i had to pay 721 dkk in taxes.
The jacket might still be good but overall its still a horrible experience.

Brilliant customer service!

Recently bought a couple of items (and had to cancel one order due to personal mistake) and aside from super quality clothes, the customer service was outstanding! Immediate replies to query emails which I have not experienced before from any company! Super fast and super customer service team thank you!

Perfect product - Bad on Taxes in UE

Perfect product; Nice design!
Only problem are the taxes we need to pay in UE to receive it: after I pay €180 for the jacket plus €19 transport I pay €98!!!!! of taxes here in Portugal.
This Makes the jacket that I buy in black friday mutch more expensive then expected.
I want to buy in 25 december drop but with this is very dificult. You should have a base in europe in order to avoid taxes. Other companies send it as an offer or declare a low value in order to avoid this. Try to fix it and keep going with the good job

Crooks avoid at all costs

I am beside myself right now. I ordered a jacket for my son for Christmas and paid £19 for delivery. It ended up coming from Australia and now Royal Mail are asking for £39 for it to clear customs. I don’t have that money and it would make the jacket £215. I don’t now what to do. These people are crooks. Do not order from them.

Wouldn´t recommend as a European customer

Great Products social media wise, but I ordered for 400€ on Nov 29 and got a shipping link that doesnt update one week after. Texted the support and got told that I´ll get a refund or a new shipment if it doesnt arive 24+ days after shipping. Kind of sad cuz I ordered a puffer and Ill get my money back once Winter is almost over..
Also, they promised us Europeans to have a Warehouse for us in the UK so fulfilment goes faster and taxes are lower, but thats also not the case since my tracking is from Australian post.
Sad but can´t change it. Will ask for a refund once the 24 days are over.

Tracking and shipping delays

I ordered a puffer on November 29th, today is the 15th and I have no tracking updates. Basically I should have received it in a week but with Black Friday it has been extended. I hope to receive it before Christmas otherwise I will ask for a refund
