Meta is really the worst company. Your consumers are not there to be exploited by you. Suspending honest people's account is disgusting. Also there is no security in using any app by Meta. They repeatedly sell our data and lie about end to end encryption. WhatsApp and Facebook are the top unsafe options for communication. Time for Meta to learn a lesson.

Absolute useless garbage. I needed to find some information from a chat with a friend, and I tried to use the search in chat. It found nothing, and I decided to look for it manually. Then, after 2 minutes scrolling like crazy, I found the needed information. This garbage app is useless, buggy, not functional, ugly, and I don't recommend it for any use. Actually the facebook is a absolute useless, ugly crap full with trash. The only think they do is to show different promotion on different kind of craps. Nothing more. Another commercial crap.

They do not care about user safety. Hope you don
t piss off an ex because you cant delete what you've sent to them. You'd have to manually remove every message. Oh and if they block you or you block them? Then you cant delete your messages for them at all, just you. Delete your account? They get to keep everything still. Worst site ever, the people behind this are callous and gross

Well the texting is nice, but the microphone quality that the messenger puts is sooooo disguisting. even sometimes when someone sents me a message and I read it. After a while it gives me notification that he sent me the same message, well, nothing new came.

I would give minus 10 stars if I could.
Ever since Meta took it over and started this end-to-end encryption half of my messages (both sent and received) disappear. I created a pin which - of course - didn't solve the problem. Sent several complaints to Meta without getting any response from them.

End to end encryption of chats is the worst idea since peanut butter and bacon. I can't read messages from family for reference. They are not state secrets. Sell to the Russians if you must, but let me read them too!!

One of the most buggy and crap messenger services I've ever used. Destroys video quality, pic quality. Connections crud. Pictures crud tho I'm on a S24U.

Messenger always reports and doesn’t let to send our literally normal and basic voice messages. I would understand if we were cursing or whatever, but now messenger just does out of nowhere. It gets on my nerve and I can’t take it anymore!!

I’d give the Messenger App. negative stars if I could!! TERRIBLE APP!! VERY FRUSTRAT8NG TO TR6 AND WRITE A TEXT!! Everyt8me I try to write to someone, it just writes 8n numbers!! It takes me more t8me trying to correct the spelling of m6 text, then it would if I used Morse code!!

Facebook Messenger used to be so handy and easy of use, now it is neither and that is very bad

Well it was a great little App - but the latest versions are clunky at its best. It seems to be like a webpage now and does not work as well as before in terms of useability - Go back to the previous versions please.

The "change password" feature is important to add on anything that lets you log in an account. However, Messenger fails to implement this by allowing one flaw in their design: you have to put the current password (which, I'm assuming, you've forgotten) to make the whole thing work. The point of this is supposedly to change your password when you've forgotten it!

It's a rubbish and confusing interface and open to hacking with zero customer service, as ever! They think they can police their platforms with AI...dream on. Try taking down all the racists, misogynist and homophobic content before you start singing your own praises, as ever!

Awful customer amaerbice, no phone call i can barely type with my hands due ro tremours i cant write

If report med issue 3 times but no respnse as of yet. Imagine if someone lost there hands etc, why cant there be a phone customer number.

Only company that doesnt offer, even after long, i need my chat to be fixed due to see below asap.

I sent a payment via Facebook Messenger and twice it said the payment was not sent after spinning forever. The payment was confirmed and a receipt was generated on the third try. When I logged into my PayPal account, it showed three charges! I'm never using this method again as Facebook and PayPal will not help because messenger payments are considered "friends and family", although this was a refund for a Marketplace shipping overcharge.

Ultimate theft of privacy and data. But they’re so worried about tiktok.. For that reason.. i’m deleting their app. They’re hypocrites. This goes back to the beginning of this apps creation.
