No order…. no reply to emails. AVOID!!!

This company may not be functional any more. I have been unable to get any response from them about my order.

Still waiting on clothing

Still haven’t received my order been sent out twice still not arrived

Terrible experience.
I placed an order and after 3 weeks I have gotten no feedback nor tracking number of my order .

I have sent an email and requested information on the online chat. I am yet to be answered and explained why my parcel hasn’t been delivered.

I do online shopping with siksilk and fathersons which is also London based. Much better options and service in my opinion.

Ordered 4 hats at a great price, really great quality goods and even hand delivered as do the packaging didn’t get ruined in transport, perfect service all round

Ordered a hat online which was nice and easy! Took a little long for delivery as the driver was unable to find my house (which is a bit awkward to find) Arrived on Monday and threw in a free T-shirt due to the delay, which I really appreciate! Love the quality of the items and are very comfortable. A Very Happy Customer! Thanks :)

Excellent quality and my order turned up really quickly

I placed an order on this site on July 30th and paid for it. I got a message I was gonna be sent tracking information and today is the September 1st and I haven't received any tracking info. I have sent 2 emails and been told they will get it to me. After my 2nd request for the tracking info, messylondon replied they were gonna get me that info on Augustt 25 and it is September 1st. Nothing. It is 30 days since the order was placed and I beginning to wonder if the site is real.

Fantastic experience I had no problems. Love the way the top come it’s not other clothing companies where you just get your clothing in a bag then the delivery bag, this company have the delivery bag plus another Little bag and the clothing inside the little bag that comes with it you can use over and over again. I also had two wristbands added in. Lovely company to buy from. Thank you.
