Meta Customer Support is very bad

My Meta Business account was easily hacked by someone and they used 3rd-party automated Ads to drain my money from my bank card and even from my PayPal account. When I reached out to Meta’s Customer Support they never contacted me back, only blocked my Meta Business account but never returned my stolen money. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable Business model by Meta, they are scam, never will use any of their products anymore.

Paid too much for trash!

Quest 3 headset worked out of the box. Updated via Horizon application per on screen instructions from headset. Reboot and now will not pair with my phone now. Permissions etc all good. Suffice to say with today's technology it should just work! Returning post haste. Who want a product you have to fight to gwt working???

E2EE doesn't allow cross-save across…

E2EE doesn't allow cross-save across devices even with The damn pin code it tells you to keep safe.

If you want to start saving messages on a different device you use, for example i mainly use Phone and wanted to use PC messenger for today. I would need to DELETE all messages saved on my PHONE to start saving NEW messages on PC.

Not to mention how impossible it is to recover accounts or actually remove suspicious activity from any kind of Meta account. Plus every Meta social media app is extremely toxic and full of people being extremely hateful with no real consequences.

Avoid all things created by Meta if you can.

They need to change their name to Hackers R Us

They are no good at preventing hackers. I reached out to Meta and Facebook and nothing has been done This is the third and final time I will be allowing them to hack my accounts everytime I open them. They are using someone else's credit card on my account to create Temu and Chinese Garbage accounts. Disappointing Experience with Refurbished Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarers

I recently purchased a pair of refurbished Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarers, and unfortunately, they arrived with a defect: the left speaker simply didn’t work. After contacting customer support and going through numerous troubleshooting steps, I was told that the serial number I provided was linked to another product that had already been returned and refunded. This created a confusing cycle, and when I finally got through to another advisor, the call was abruptly ended. I had to start the entire process over again with yet another representative. In the end, I opted for a refund, as I couldn’t face more delays, especially with Christmas Day approaching. Overall, the service was disappointing, and I feel let down by the entire experience.

Oculus, oh wait "META" is shit and will forever be shit

Meta is an ass company, all down top their VR and whatever else they own. Nothing is good about them, their products are shit. Their PC app is even more horseshit, every update which are forced they've broken something. Even products that 150 a pop, they break them and blame you. I hope they go backrupt, I hate every one of their products and their wackass CEO. Nothing they make is good, it's all ass and more ass. Please stay away from them, just wait for Steam and Valve to actually give you quality stuff. Unlike this uglyass wasted company. Screw off from this flop.

I bought in the online store

I bought in the online store, the purchase was supposed to be delivered in December 17th, they promised it in the moment of the purchase.
Today is December 23rd and my order wasn’t even shipped yet.
This order was a Christmas gift for my nephew and now I just don’t have any other gift for him.
I talked in the customer support for 3 times already. They say they are investigating the problem, I don’t care what happened with the package, if they lost the package they have the obligation to send me another. I have no time to wait for them to investigate the problem, I don’t care if they lost the package, I just need the products I paid for.
