I wish I could give minus stars. If so it would be -5. Spent days trying to verify my payment cards to begin advertising my business on Facebook. One message back of no help via messenger and no replies after 5 days. Meta has to be the most useless and unhelpful company on the planet. Trying to contact them is like shouting into a vacuum. Its basically silence. Im leaving Facebook and IG. I'll give my money elsewhere. Total shitshow!

A CIA-/BlackRock-company that has always been among the worst of the planet: From 2020 clear support of the COVID-19-HOAX and the linked genocide (ROME STATUTE, written by an expert in international law) - among the first who deliberatly followed the industry represantative "WHO". Horrible UI/UX. Awful contents. Bad intentions. Money is channeled from the world to the US ("advertisement"). As our experience shows, one can set up an ad campaign and define a target group. However, this target group is completely ignored: Financial losses are systematically generated and the means are called "AI" ("Advantage+ Audience"). When someone intentionally and systematically causes financial losses, this is generally called "fraud" (to be confirmed by a court). When one contacts the support, they claim that they have just "switched off" the AI for the respective ads account. Then one spends more money, more money is systematically maldirected by the AI algorithms that cannot be switched off anymore. They are liars. They are scammers. They operate a fraudulent platform. They block you from contacting the support and their fantasic AI sends you the very same "How satisfied are you?" question 100 times in the support chat where staff members just lied to you - if you react 100 times and ask for human support: This is how advanced and smart they really are. BOYCOTT BLACKROCK.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET. AT META YOU DON'T MATTER.

I have spent over two months trying to resolve a serious account issue with Meta. During that time, I was passed between approximately 50–100 different representatives across multiple departments. Despite extensive engagement, the issue remains unresolved.
The consistent pattern was delay, lack of ownership, and repeated procedural deflection. Each interaction resulted in acknowledgements but no decisive action. No individual or team took responsibility for seeing the issue through to resolution.
After two months, the final proposed “solution” was to complete a form!!!!— this despite key information having already been provided multiple times. This highlighted a deeper systemic problem: escalation without authority, and customer service without accountability.
I formally escalated the issue and provided Meta with a clear opportunity to resolve it promptly and professionally. At the time of writing, no effective action has been taken. All I
received is the usual hot air intended to placate the customer whilst they continue their pathetic pattern of inertia and procrastination. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE!!!

No refund, but plenty of lies.

Ordered Meta Ray Bans before Xmas.
Never got email confirmation but the money was shown as pending payment on my bank acct.
Queried it, was told there was no trace of any order so pending payment would drop off. Ordered elsewhere.
48 hrs later I get a confirmation email and the pending transaction is processed.
Asked to cancel - refused. Told it was being dispatched. It wasn’t.
After a period of time they arrived, sent them back the next day, refund issued in Dec…..still no sign of it. Multiple emails querying it, they keep telling me the refund was processed successfully and to check my Apple Pay statement - which of course there’s no such thing. Apple Pay is just a bridge to my bank account, which is something I had to explain to Meta (irony).
They’ve refused to give me the ARN saying it’s not possible.
They keep saying they’re looking into it.
As it stands, I’m still waiting for a refund so I am now going through my bank for a chargeback as Meta have failed to refund me.

Do not buy anything from Meta, absolute liars and total scammers.

AI glasses were advertised to have…

AI glasses were advertised to have Conversation Focus. I purchased them directly from Meta on-line using PayPal. When I received them Nov 27, 2025 I discovered the glasses did not have this feature. I initiated a return on that day thru their on-line website. I did not received the return label until Dec 8. The company received the glasses via FedEx at their Grapevine, TX location on Dec 11. I received an email from Meta on Dec 22 stating that my refund had been issued. On Dec 31, I contacted PayPal/Synchrony Bank to see if they received the refund and they claimed they had not. I have since continued to contact Meta via their chat, but still no refund. It looks fraudulent to me. I have filed complaints with the BBB and with Consumer Finance.gov and the Colorado AG.

Nightmare customer service

Nightmare customer service, make it very difficult to contact. I have also had animal abuse content on my timeline and they never remove it. It’s unacceptable and above all else disturbing.

Facebook is absolutely horrible now

Facebook is absolutely horrible now. I used to be able to see "Posts" but this is gone now. I could enter search phrase I wanted to find and it would return posts containing the phrase now this is gone.

Pathetic Service!

Pathetic Service!
It's a nightmare to contact Meta Support. First it is hard to find the path to connect with someone. Then it connects with the bot which keeps sending lengthy messages asking for a lot of info. Wasted 48 hours with the bot to find human help. Then routed pillar to post for 5+ hours, between 5 agents who ask to wait for 15 mins to review and then leave the chat if you don't respond within 2 mins. It feels like you are the support agent and they are customers. They decide when to chat and when to leave. After all this, the issue stays unresolved, asked to post the question on a Developer's Forum and wait for someone to comment or respond. Absolutely stunning!
