Meta’s Business Tools Are Years Behind — Unreliable, Unsupported, and Poorly Built
As a small UK business who does software development, our experience with Meta’s business tools has been consistently poor. The UI is clunky, unreliable, and prone to errors, making even simple tasks unnecessarily difficult. When things go wrong, support is effectively non-existent, and the AI assistants regularly provide incorrect or misleading information.
Compared to Google’s business tooling, Meta feels years behind — both in product quality and ecosystem maturity. For a company of this scale, it’s frankly hard to understand how the experience is this bad. Mark Zuckerberg, as a software developer, should be embarrassed by the state of these tools.

Hacked marketplace account
Meta or someone hacked my information and then had someone open 2 credit cards in my name. Said they were from meta but I won't call as not going to have it hacked again. Wouldn't let me sell a walker due to policies yet they have several others selling them on marketplace. They will probably block my account after this review but beware if they call and say they are from Meta! James Anderson who said he was from Meta had me let him on my phone to see what I was doing to close hacked accounts meanwhile he was opening accounts in my name. They even convince you to share your drivers license. They should be put out of bussiness for illegal practices.

You basically told my son “screw you and the money you have spent on our company” and then called it a resolution. I know for a fact there is no clause that says financial compensation cannot be given to a paying customer who lost an account due to no fault of their own.
Apparently your companies policy is to get what you can out of people then discard them, my son already spent the money on both headsets and hundreds in games so why do you need him anymore? This is an appalling attitude for a multi billion dollar company to have, the people who represent you are incompetent. I dealt with agents who were literally dumber than my 12 year old son, spelling errors and mistaking words for others etc. Felt like I was talking to a child the whole time and I was not sure they were even understanding what I was saying. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any company in my life.
No effort to reimburse, no effort to even say you would give him the games he already bought for a new account. Absolutely nothing. That is not reaching a resolution.

The Rayban Meta glasses with lenses updated by Lensology are brilliant. I bought the dark glasses and changed the lenses to prescription, transition glasses through lensology and have been thoroughly satisfied with them. They take videos and photographs when I want them to take them with or without using Hey Meta, they identify plants and flowers in particular and are a great help all the time. Meta has sent me an email saying version 124.0 is now available, and under General - About my version is 124.0.0.166.209, already updated without having to do anything. With correct lenses these are brilliant.

i have had fraud committed on my account where money was going out of my account every few minutes. i have had to go on youtube to find a way to get support as you’re caught in loops. then they say they need to go higher and drop the case. i retried and they promised to get back to me on the same chat then just dropped the chat and left the conversation. whats scarey is my account number and all transactions have been wiped out. luckily i took screen shots. i will be taking this further.
