Somebody hacked my instagram account…

Somebody hacked my instagram account and used a thirdparty app. Now my account it's disable, i tried to open a new one but they have my data and also ip address blocked.
They delete any new account i do, explaining the situation to them it's like talking to a wall they go in the chat and leave nobody do anything to help. I hope this company go down and the owners can hire something else to give a better service. 0 stars not 1

I am a pensioner of 69 years old. Community Standards for memories and the sharing of memories is absurd. The machine picks up my clicking of sharing memories. They are my lifeline. My dead dogs, old dogs and current dogs. I cannot eat or sleep as I need my therapy, Facebook is making me ill, I want my account back. I did not upload a correct video. It appeared blank as I did not understand the instructions. Since 11 April 2026 you have permanently disabled my 11 year old account, xxxxxxxxxxxx. It is photos of my dead, missing, current dogs and horses. Daily I share memories but your machine picks up the sharing. This viewing and sharing of my memories is mental therapy and stops me having another breakdown. I need my account and the open pages. I failed to upload a selfie video as I did not understand the instructions and was not wearing reading glasses. I submitted a blank selfie video. You inform me I failed to identify I was human and the failed attempt was my only attempt. This is unreasonable. The photos are mine and I need to see them daily. I do not have copies. Meta Verified Support Failed to Resolve a Critical Account Access Issue

I subscribed to Meta Verified expecting priority customer support, but my experience has been deeply disappointing. Since 6 April 2026, I have been locked out of my Instagram account (@_themayadx) due to a persistent recovery loop following a suspected compromise.

Despite exhausting all official recovery methods, including the instagram.com / hacked process, the issue remains unresolved. I contacted Meta Verified and Meta Pro Team support multiple times, provided proof of ownership, and submitted screen recordings demonstrating the malfunction. However, my cases were repeatedly closed with instructions to use the same non-functioning recovery tools.

My account remains visible in my Meta Business Suite, and I continue to receive official emails, confirming my ownership. As a paying subscriber, I expected access to meaningful human support and a viable path to manual verification—neither of which has been provided.

I have since filed complaints with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and the Irish Data Protection Commission (DPC), and sent formal correspondence to Meta’s legal offices. This experience highlights serious shortcomings in Meta’s customer support and account recovery systems.

For a company of Meta’s size and influence, this level of service is unacceptable.

⭐ 1 Star – Meta must improve its support infrastructure, escalation procedures, and account recovery processes for verified and paying users.

My Money Was Stolen Multiple Times Through Meta – No Support, No Protection

This is the third time my money has been stolen through Meta’s platform using different bank cards.

Each time, unauthorized transactions were made without my consent, and Meta has done nothing to prevent this or protect users.

I have been contacting support for over a week and have not received a single response to any of my messages.

There is no real support, no accountability, and no action taken against fraudulent activity happening through their platform.

At this point, it feels like Meta is allowing — and effectively encouraging — scammers to operate freely, while completely ignoring victims.

Users should be extremely careful. My experience shows that your money is not safe, and you may receive no help at all if something goes wrong.

I have been unable to cancel my meta verified

I have been unable to cancel my meta verified subscription and have talked to 4 different agents now and none of them can fix it manually. It seems the cancel functions are disabled and I am stuck in a loop. I have sent multiple screen shots, screen recordings etc and all I get is back and forths from them or AI responses. I will be going to the media to complain as they have left me no choice and this is unacceptable. There is no protocol to fix their own glitches or resolve issues for paid customers or people who have had their accounts for 20 years, no accountability at all. This is what happens when companies become larger than life and use AI to run their entire platform while using live agents as a mere front.

Most responses are automated

Very frustrating experience with Meta Platforms. Their platforms lack proper customer support, and it is extremely difficult to get real help when facing issues. Most responses are automated and do not solve the actual problem.
Account-related issues take too long to resolve, and there is very little transparency in their process. It feels like users are left on their own without proper assistance.
Overall, the service quality is disappointing. Customer support, response time, and user assistance need major improvement. Based on my experience, I would not recommend

I loath this platform

I loath this platform. I was foolishly encouraged to access Meta via Whats App and after an hour of 'verifying' bank accounts, phone numbers it was quickly followed by dozens of negative outcomes - account restricted, ads not running / under review, breakdowns not possible, paused here, reduced to £0 there, not enough funds, "add £214". No views, no linked viewed. I can't think of ANY online service that is more rigged in favour of big advertisers and almost impossible for the small guy to access.

In the past year I've attempted to run TEN campaigns. None have received a single impression, link or click or taken a single $0 from me - money I was willing to spend.

Now I have no choice but to hire a professional - some of whom are sharks and others may steal my data.

Meta have also gone a step further than the others - you are NEVER allowed to speak to a human being - not even on chat. Grim!

I have never seen so bad service in my life.My fb ad account was hacked long time ago, it affected all my business, Instagram and whatsapp .For 1 year i was trying to solve this problem.Last month i was trying to solve this problem 8 times contacting them. They are very rude and actually they even dont want to understand the problem.Promising in 48 hours solve until the moment when last guy simplu left the chat and left chat open, so i cant contact them anymore.first girl was in a very rude tone asking to verify my identity, i verified, my identity, companies identity, added companys cards to account.Everything.i have 100s of screenshots, everyday trying to do something to make ads.In the end i needed to loose all my 6000 followers and start new page.they are very big MF.i have never seen so bad service. My next step is to go to court not only with unsolved situations for months, but also for ignoring and rudiness. My business was very much affected from this.If somebody can give me advice how to sui them, please let me know.

NO WARRANTY ON META RAY BAN GLASSES!

I got a pair of the Meta 2 Ray Bans. After 3 months, they started restarting on their own any time I moved?
I contacted Meta, and they told me because they has put prescription lenses at the store I bought them, that the Warranty was void? I filed a claim on Feb. 4th 2026. It dragged back and forth for about two weeks. Then I asked them when this "Prescription Warranty" started, and they told me on Feb. 17th 2026???

You removed my marketplace access

You removed my marketplace access, because you decided I'm a company selling multiple produts alike.

I uplodaded the EXACT SAME graphics card for sale twice, because I removed the old post, as it was simply too old. You immediately banned my access to Marketplace. You claim I can post an unban request, but there is no button. There is literally no form of contact to Meta, without paying.

The only possible way to contact you, is if I actually pay for your service and become a "VIP". YOU FORCE ME TO SPEND MY MONEY, OR THERE IS SIMPLY NO CONTACT.

Holy joke.

Even better is 80 billion dollars was wasted, making the worst possible application of all time. That application compleletely failed, and 80 billion of our money is wasted.

Hacked, falsely accused, and no support – despite paying for Meta Verified

I’ve had an extremely frustrating and deeply concerning experience with Meta support.

On March 3rd, my Facebook and Instagram accounts were hacked following a suspicious login. Since then, I have completely lost access to both accounts, including my Business Manager and advertising tools.

What makes this situation even more troubling is what happened next: I've been hacked, being falsely associated with something very serious, without any ability to defend myself or even contact support, is unacceptable.

The timing also raises concerns. On March 2nd, after several weeks of trying to get my ad account working again, I finally managed to launch campaigns. The very next day, my accounts were hacked.

I am also paying for Meta Verified, which is supposed to provide access to enhanced support. Despite this, I have received no meaningful assistance.

For over 4 weeks, I have sent multiple requests and follow-ups. I’ve tried every available channel, but I either receive automated responses or no response at all. There is no way to reach a real person or get clarity on what is happening.

This situation is directly impacting my business. I cannot run ads, access my accounts, or manage my activity. On top of that, I am left dealing with a completely unjustified and extremely serious accusation, with no explanation and no recourse.

No transparency, no accountability, no support — even as a paying customer.

Very disappointing and concerning experience.

For a company of this scale, this is simply unacceptable.

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) wrongfully suspended my account over a harmless video – serious accusation

I am writing to report a serious issue with Meta Platforms regarding the wrongful suspension of my Facebook and Instagram accounts.

My account was suddenly suspended for allegedly violating community standards, with implications related to human trafficking. This accusation is extremely serious and damaging to my reputation.
However, this is clearly a mistake.
The content in question was a simple and harmless video of me feeding birds in Milan, Italy, in a public place. There was absolutely nothing inappropriate, illegal, or suspicious about this video.

I am deeply concerned that Meta’s automated systems can misinterpret normal, everyday content and associate it with severe criminal activities without proper human review.

As an international model, my social media accounts are essential for my professional image, communication, and business opportunities. This unjustified suspension is causing real damage to my career.
I have never engaged in, promoted, or supported any illegal activity. I fully respect community guidelines and expect fair treatment.

I request:
Immediate review of my account by a human moderator
Full restoration of my Facebook and Instagram accounts
A clear explanation of this false accusation
If necessary, I am willing to provide identity verification or any additional information.
This situation is unacceptable and highlights serious flaws in Meta’s moderation system.

I hope this issue is resolved quickly.
