You placed your order during our company vacation. We informed all customers in advance via email and through a notice banner on our website about the warehouse vacation period.
Our European warehouse prepared and shipped your order immediately after the vacation ended, and you received it within 6 days in Great Britain, which is a very good delivery performance.
Under normal circumstances, orders are prepared within 1–2 working days.

False advertisement
They clearly say “Free Transport from a purchase of 59€” in their header on the website.
However, at checkout they add 25 EUR regardless and despite my basket being well over 100 EUR.

I am quite human and even had the pleasure of speaking with your AI over the weekend that confirmed that all shipping aboard is 25 EUR ekstra in shipping and it was very much added to the basket at check out.
I find your answer quite rude and speaks volumen to what business you are running.

We take all feedback seriously, but we must clarify that this review appears to be inaccurate.
First, we do not offer "Free Transport from a purchase of 59€". Our current shipping terms are clearly displayed and up to date on our website. There is no such promotion active, and we encourage all customers to review the shipping information during checkout.
Additionally, we do not automatically add a 25€ charge at checkout. Our system is not designed to apply extra fees to the basket in that way, and doing so would not comply with our company's policies and procedures.
We also could not find any order associated with this account, which raises concerns about the authenticity of this review.
We welcome honest and constructive feedback from real customers, but sharing misleading or false claims is harmful and unfair. If you believe there has been a genuine issue, please contact our customer service team with your order details so we can investigate properly.
