We had to wait almost two months for the delivery. they informed us proactively though. It has been caused by big demand. Very happy with the experience.
I received my product Two months and a half after I ordered It. Meanwhile, I wrote many e-mails asking for specufic things and I always got a generic answer saying that Christmas període is a hard període.
4 weeks have passed and I still haven’t received my order, despite contact with the customer service. Ridiculous.
I have ordered the product on Jan 14th and it’s still not delivered. And there you are asking me whether I am content…
I placed an order for a bathroom accessory back in November and paid a high delivery fee of £20. The item was never received. While tracking showed 'delivered,' the courier confirmed it was actually returned to the sender, but they refused to acknowledge it.
I have emailed the company multiple times over the last 5 weeks seeking a resolution or a refund. I have been completely ignored. No replies, no updates.
This is DISGRACEFUL customer service.
I was forced to escalate this via third parties just to get my own money back.
DO NO TRUST THIS SHOP! Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere!
I still did not receive any update regarding my order, I have no clue when it will arrive and this despite having paid. You need to download an app to track your order and on top of it, it does not even give you clear information. This was my first order but it might also be the last one. There is no time estimation for availability when you order. You should maybe do less marketing if you are not able to deliver on time.
They lost a box with an item, it is a return, and they don't answer to my mail send already three, and by phone they got only German language, but they send all over the Europe.
At least somebody have to talk in English

Seriously getting the run-around from this company.
The item I ordered states 9-10 business days. I placed my order on 10 December. I understand Christmas has been in the way, but we are well over 9-10 business days, and my item that cost 411 Euros has still not been dispatched.
I have chased several times. The first reply from them on January 7th said they had a delivery coming in on 12th January and they'd dispatch straight away after.
Then I chased again. On 15 January, I was told they had an order of the items coming in on the 16th of January and my order would be dispatched straight away.... It's now 22 January and my items have still not been dispatched, nor have they let me know what's happening.
UPDATE:
I called them on Monday, 2 February, as my order has still not been dispatched. They assured me it would be dispatched this week. Nothing yet.
They seem to make promises they can't keep - frustrating having to keep chasing, and they keep saying it will be dispatched straight away.
Update Thurs 5 March 2026:
It's been almost 4 months since my order. I still do not have the item. I have been promised a tracking link that works for the last nearly two weeks. Still nothing.
The site was clear, good products. There was good communication about the date the delivery was planned.
Delivery arrived much later than expected, which was disappointing. Unfortunately the product was also not as described and dis bot meet my expectations. As the item is very heavy, I did not want to go through the return process. Overall, I’m not satisfied with the experience.
I placed an order 15 days ago (order number 158677). I received only 1 item out of 3, missing items value is 1.090,00 euros. I sent a couple of emails, but I never received a reply.
I have not yet received the largest parto ofm my order...
Only one item was delivered.
Took 4 weeks to recieve part delivery, left outside the front door, full view of street.
Chased the balance, sent to Switzerland apparently. After 4 emails and no answer from their customer number, cancelled the order.
Didn't happen and Evri left the £200 order on my front doorstep, again, on Christmas Eve, only to be stolen.
I received a metal structure and a mirror in two separate boxes. Both boxes were damaged.
The mirror is broken in a thousand pieces.
I couldn’t open the package on time to claim the delivery company since it was not sent to my permanent residence.
I am extremely disappointed. GLS is the worse shipping company I have ever seen. It is not the first time this happens to me. It is only the first time with Metallbude.
I don’t understand how any serious company could trust them. Maybe you save some money, but you lost a customer for good

By the moment I did the order of 3 pieces in December 15th, and today I have only received 1 of the 3 pieces. None has advice me that I can received a partial order, and when I have asked to the support email, the answer I have received, is they received a lots of email, and in 3 days I'll receive an answer.
I don't want to lose hope and I am still expecting to receive the 2 pieces I'm missing. If I don't get them in the end or if the process is very bad, I will lower my rating from 3 stars.
