Terrible customer service, no one answers the phones and the automated emails are so unhelpful

Asked to review 3 weeks after my order. Well, it still hasn’t arrived yet… not the best communication on the delivery and there seem to be delays in shipments.

Great product, customer service was quick to respond to questions. Delivery took a little long but it was Black Friday

I only received 1 item and there is no communication about the other items of the order. I e-maild a couple of times, but still no idea when the rest of the order arrives. It has been weeks now. I will not order here again.

Reliable, easy. It's a present so can't say anything about the object yet.

Great products. The customer support is slow in responding but the products make up for it.

Products of great quality and delivery in just a few days! All was easy to hang even with initial German guidelines, but the qr to the English versions was provided as well. However, even without the instructions it should’ve been no rocket science to complete the task! A very happy customer.

Top quality, ok value for money, you can improve on the set of delivery information you share.

The product itself is fine: it is easy to fit if you are a native German speaker or are fliuent in German; the glue seems to work well; and the product is teutonically robust and simple.

However, the entire customer interface is chaotic and haphazard, not to say painfully slow.

The product took six weeks to deliver, in part due to the fact i ordered the 50cm size and this apparently was not in stock (although the website didn't indicate this when i ordered!). During this period i received numerous unsolicited marketing emails and customer service emails in German, excitedly promising me that the product will soon be given to the courier (this took over 2 weeks). At first I thought this was a highly elaborate scam, but if you are patient it will arrive!

I ordered a table and was charged in full immediately, but received no shipping confirmation, tracking number, or any estimated delivery date. For over a week my emails went completely unanswered, and I was unable to reach anyone for an update.
When I finally managed to speak to a representative by phone, I was told the item would take another 1–2 weeks to arrive. What frustrated me most was the total lack of proactive communication—no courtesy email about the delay, no apology, nothing. Being left completely in the dark while already having paid is simply unacceptable.
I expected much better transparency and customer care. Unfortunately, this experience has been highly disappointing.

Product is beautiful but service is HORRIBLE> Multiples delays with shipment and ZERO information on status/tracking. You will receive ZERO shipping information and product will just show up. You will get auto responses to inquiries with no updates. NOT WORTH THE STRESS until they improve their customer service

Total disaster. I ordered my table two weeks ago (deliver estimated 4-7 days) and have had absolutely no news from Metalbude, no tracking number, no email from the carrier. I sent them 4 emails without any clear answer on what is happening...
I have no idea if I’m ever going to receive the table, which I paid €600 for and which is now 25% off on their website.
It’s unbelievable that they don’t give their customers any updates…
