Metfolio is user friendly.Very good customer service. Very prompt at responding to queries. Would be nice if the minimum amount to buy was reduced like in previous years .

I can invest little money into the gold to make big savings after 5 years
It’s really a scam. Very low amount of gold you get for your investment. It’s absolutely a scam. At 15th Feb 2026, 50 GBP was paid I received 0.232 grams. At 15/01/2026 for 50 GBP 0.249 grams. So middle class buyers , please be aware prior you join this SCAM application. They will loot your money.
this is a scam a lot of hidden fees! better use different app with better transparency, i hope the person who started this get their karma X
Their commission when buying in my case was more than 85%. Absolute ripoff. I purchased £50 worth, at the time of purchase: 08/02/2025, spot was was £117.29 per gram. When I got a quote to sell what I just purchased, so I can work out what the premium is, I was quoted like £17, that’s a 60% premium on selling. If this was made clear from the start, I would not have invested.
Just started using it so not sure yet
I am going to try and keep this short and explain why 1 star. They idea is really good but they way they operate is a bit on the grey side, they will show you the spot price of gold and how many grams you are purchasing when you on the payment page. Now this is okay but it leads you to believe you are buying the gold at the spot which you are not, what you are doing is buying the gold at spot price plus 50% or more for fees that they take. This will only show if you calculate in grams so kinda like a hidden fee if you don’t pay attention. While legal it can be questionable. I think you are better off if you save the money in a savings account and just purchase a physical coin from somewhere online where the fees will deffo not be as high as here.
I am not sure if this is a fair deal company I start investing from 29 Jan 26 and invested around £900 total on various dates until 3rs Feb 26.
So technically I should have got around just less then 10gm gold in my account but it’s showing 4.3 gm only.
I am not sure why it’s saying like this, I tried speaking to customer services but there is no answer for all day.
I am actually getting bit worried about my money and I hope this is not fraud company.
Also if u complain their is no straight answer or even a valid customer services only 1 man who answer all the time with his ridicules way of answer.
All your money will go into their fee and charges you will not save anything.
In my situation if I buy from another reputated company like Atkinson or bullion I would have got at least 7gm 24 carat gold but here only 4gm.
It’s an Indian Gujarati home based family company who just doing digital fraud.
I have also notice the people like me who complain this company replying saying that it’s a fake customer so they trying to save them.
I am a genuine customer and can show my account and bank paid to them as well.
