Shoes arrived in timely manner. They're super comfortable, and I love the pewter color.

The order I received was totally wrong. 2 prs of shoes that I did not order, incorrect size and incorrect color.
I have e-mailed MeToo 2x's about returning and NOT being charged $8.00 shipping fee for incorrect merchandise sent by MeToo and have not heard anything back. Very dissapointed as I have several pairs of MeToo shoes that I love but customer service this time around has been abysmal.

Two stars because I love the shoes, but this company has lost a step. Sent the wrong size. I immediately returned them via UPS but have yet to receive the correct size shoe. In the meantime I have received more than one chiding email about not having left a review. The website is pretty awful to navigate now, and frankly, other companies selling the same shoes are easier to deal with.

I have bought these shoes before, but these ran a bit short

I love the shoes and was happy to find what I was looking for on the website. The shoes are comfortable, fit well and I'm looking forward to wearing them. The only downside is that I wish they were in black in my size but I understand.

I order a pair of sandals and received the wrong one. Returned them and received the wrong ones again and again. After 3 tries I gave up. The customer service is very unprofessional. Just a computer. Talking to a human would have made this situation correct.

I just bought these shoes that I already owned. I had sent over email regarding warranty and the leather creating tears. Email response was poor and I had assumed since I did not buy these on my account that it would be looked up via email. I never heard back even considering I also communicated that I just placed an order for the same shoe. No response. I buy alot of your shoes and customer service was unfortunately lacking.

Easy order and shoes are nice. Less than perfect fit for me but still functional. MeToo shoes are very comfortable.

Easy to order, good selection of colors and expedient shipping. These shoes are beautiful, I love the jute trim, comfortable and very stable, with their non-slip soles. I can walk for miles in them and my balance is great.

The pewter flats are the exact shoe that I have been searching for! But I have attempted to order them twice with no luck. The only way that I find out that the shoes are out of stock is that my money is refunded 1 day before or a few days after the shoes should be delivered. You would think that the website would mention that these shoes are out of stock when I attempt to order. I just want the shoes!

These shoes are too big for me. People should be warned to go down a size. I can’t even keep these shoes on my heels.
