I bought my first pair 8 years ago for a business trip to Belgium. I walked everywhere for 1 weekand found my flats to be the best shoe ever! Comfort with now foot pain. My favorite brand of flat since. Now that I can't buy them locally there is always online. Received 1 yesterday with 2 more pairs on there way. Just wish there were more colors available for size 10.

I placed 2 separate orders for shoes and both times my card was charged and I never received shipping notifications. Reached out to cust svc and was told UPS lost the 1st package (I asked for tracking and they never provided) and same with the 2nd package. When I said it's strange it happened twice and I never received tracking info, I was told the shoes sold out so they refunded me. I really want the shoes but not worth the hassle of following up on "missing orders".

This is an order many times repeated as I rely on these cute and comfortable flats for daily wear.
They arrived on time, most reliably.

I purchased a pair of shoes that did not fit well and I thought it would be easier to just exchange so the protocol was to buy the new pair and request in an email for a label to be sent to return the pair that did not fit. I have done so and requested three times for the label and receive no response back. At this time, I have received the new pair and they are too small. I need to return. I have no way of getting in touch to return both pair. Terrible customer service!!

I love Me Too shoes. This is my third pair and if they had this style in red I would have gotten them

When I saw these shoes I fell in love with the color!! They fit like a glove and are very comfortable!!

The site is very easy to wander through and I find exactly what I want for a very reasonable price. I always get a timely delivery and a beautiful pair of shoes that fit perfectly. I especially need a wide toe box and Me Too fits the bill.

The delivery was very quick. The sandals amazingly comfortable for my feet. Really appreciate.

I am finding this out now myself. Ordered a month ago and no reply via email and no phone is answered. At this point I will call my bank to get funds back. I have tried! I will find another brand to love. Recommend ordering thru Amazon, Nordstrom or Belk & others. Don't go direct whatever you do

If I could give a 1 star I would! I love the shoes but I ordered 4 pairs and received 3! The customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. I’m still waiting as I had to file a claim for the missing pair. I ordered from this company many times but never again! Just want the refund for the pair you didn’t send me! Customer service rarely answers an email and forget the phone number as it only rings! Buyer beware as I had nothing but good experiences for years and then order 4 pairs and 1 pair didn’t come! It’s been over a month waiting for a response!

This is the second pair of the Nikki Wedge I have bought. I bought the first 4 years ago and wore them until they literally fell apart. They are comfy and I probably walked 100 miles or more in them and wore them almost every day of the summer to work. They look great with so many different outfits. I recently bought my second pair in the same size as the first and they are much larger than my first pair. I’m not sure if they changed construction of the shoe or if the shoes are not perfectly uniform in size. I requested to exchange for a smaller size and have had a great experience so far. They are free to return which I did not expect.

The process of ordering the shoes was easy and they arrived quick. I have received the shoes and they are uncomfortable and not a shoe I can wear all day at work. Im not saying the shoes are bad, they’re just not shoes that can be worn all day for people that are constantly moving. I’m now trying to return the shoes and have no idea how to do that. I’ve reached out to customer service and haven’t received any follow-up.

I ordered two pairs of ballerinas. One size 10, the other 9 1/2. Instead of the 9 1/2, I received a 6 1/2. I returned both pairs two days later using the company's return label on February 7. 2025. I requested a refund. All my emails have gone unanswered, and as of March 13th, I still haven't received my money back. This is fraudulent. Do not order from this company.
March 27.2025 PayPal got me my money back after contacting the this company.
