Top-notch customer service
UPS messed up my delivery, and after communicating the issue with Mee Too Shoes, they refunded my purchase. Although I am sad that my new shoes were not delivered (I have worn the style before and LOVE them!), I am grateful for the top-notch customer service.

The color of the shoes I saw online was not what I expected. They’re totally different. The ones I ordered online were more of a bright red and the ones I received were more of a dark red. Very disappointed with my purchase, I am returning them.

No free shipping messages…
The website had conflicting messages regarding shipping fees. One message indicated that there was free shipping. Another message was free shipping with purchases over $50.00. When going through the payment process there was indication that the $8.00 shipping fee would be removed, it never did. There are many websites where I can purchase shoes that offer free shipping (especially when paying full price for a shoe). I will not be purchasing from this website again.

Great Experience
I had found these shoes on Stitch Fix and they didn’t have my normal size.
I measured my foot and ordered through me to directly. Although the size chart wasn’t quite accurate, me too was great about doing multiple exchanges to get it right.
Not only the shoes are adorable, but all the shipping was paid for and quick.
