I have not received my mobile yet

I have not received my mobile yet as DPD has been used as the postal service, Metrofone have been very helpful but I suggest using a different carrier as DPD are a disgrace to the postal industry

Very easy and great deals

Very easy and great deals. I took their 3 deal into a 3 store who stated the offer for an iPhone 16 was too good to be true and that it would not be real. Well it was, will Definately use again.

Mis-selling phone insurance

I am still awating a reply, emailed them over 2 weeks ago because i belive I have been Mis-sold phone insurance by them and only just realised after a year in contract. They added a free 2 month phone insurance policy onto my contract without me knowing or agreeing, i was not asked if i wanted it and was not made aware that I would be paying it for the length of my contract. I did not get an email to say this was continuing to be taken from my account and I have noticed now after quiering the monthly direct debit that I have been paying £9.99 every month for the duration of my contract, and have unknowingly had phone insurance since then. They should have asked if I wanted it adding on and made me aware that it was going to contine and that they had passed on my card information to another provider to take the funds. I am still awaiting a reply but doubt that they will offer to help retrieve the money. Next stop financial ombudsman!

I’ve reviewed your order, and the inclusion of the insurance was also confirmed in your dispatch email. In your case, the first two months of insurance were free, and you have the option to cancel it at any time.
