Wrong delivered chairs... and no respond anymore?!?
I bought 2 pc. PK-22 replica chairs in the middle of Dec. They were promised to be in DK. three days after - and they were. Excellent fast shipping.
But... I got 2 different chairs, so I reported it and was offered £. 30,- back.
I refused the offer, and told Simon (salesman) that I prefered to have the chairs that I had ordered. No problem he wrote, but he has NEVER answered any of my many emails since..!?!?

Chairs delivered and left in the staircase of my block of flats
I have ordered a set of chairs from Metrofurniture and I have been highly disappointed by their delivery services. I have been in touch with Simon from Metro Furniture by email several times prior delivery to make sure I am in my flat when they bring the chairs. At no point has Simon been able to let me know who I could contact to arrange a delivery. On the Friday the chairs got delivered without me being here, when I arrived on the Saturday I was very luck to find them in the middle of the staircase, where anyone could have stolen them. Chairs are fine however I would highly recommend you get in touch with them before ordering to iron out all delivery details and make them commit to not leave the goods anywhere is easy for them.

I got my chairs, but cushions were missing and one chair was duff
Customer service was not helpful in the least bit. The chairs were delivered, but all of the cushions were missing. One chair was broken and is not usable. After I called to resolve these problems, customer service said they will "try to figure things out," but I have not heard from them since, even after three attempts to contact them again. Do not buy anything from this company.

And on top of that, the chairs are BEAUTIFUL!

These chairs were fantastic value and super quality.
What was more impressive was I accidentally broke one of the bolts on the chair. I asked if they would send me some bolts and was more than happy to pay as it was my fault.
They have sent a spare set of bolts.Free of charge. Now even John Lewis couldn't match that kind of service.
Great service super product.
