Fantastic helpful staff great delivery, This is our third green and they are great quality totally recommend

First class service from beginning to end.
2 lads arrived and erected the summerhouse in under 3 hours.
I asked advice on treatment for both inside and out and was given names on great products.

Kieron abd Martin arrived at 8.30 this morning erected a wonderful summerhouse. Very friendly efficient workers left at 9.35. Job completed we are very pleased with quality and price and their work. Would recommend to anyone

Understanding our needs from the outset, working with us on the price & site visit to asses what would work best. Martin & Kieron worked hard to get our summer house up & fit it perfectly where we needed it to be. They were professional, friendly and accommodating the whole day. Due to a misunderstanding I was delivered the wrong end for my bar/Shed when the guys came to erect it.
24 hrs and a return visit the shed was up. A few companies could learn a lot about customer service from this team. Absolutely FIRST class service.
Would certainly buy from them again and would recommend them. Thank you for a first class service.

I can highly recommend Metro. The lady I spoke with was very helpful. She went through everything, She broke everything down from sizing to different models- and what we needed. The team who came and erected the shed were nothing short of brilliant and helpful. Lovely, happy to help lads. They cleaned up after they had finished, left no mess. Time keeping was on point. No issues with the shed at all. A perfect garden shed for the perfect price! Thanks Metro, I'll be sure to reccommend you going forward.

I am so happy with my new shed. Its good quality looks very nice. Its just what i wanted. I was given good advice when choosing my shed this was helpful. The staff was very helpful. The lads came and erected it the day i wanted, and that was short notice. The did a good job. I will be going back to metro buildings when i have saved up for a bench with a roof on, cant think what the call them. Thank you very much metro buildings. One bit of advice, if your having a wood burner in your shed have a opening window fitted as it gets too warm.

Can’t praise this company high enough. Excellent communication. We explained what we wanted & they definitely delivered. We are so happy with the style, build & quality of our gazebo, it exceeds all our expectations.

We ordered a timber structure in February, 4 weeks before lock-down. We then received a call to say because of the lock-down, the installation had been postponed [fair enough]. A new install date was set. To ensure I had the footings correctly sized, I called them and got the sizes of the post shoes. I then had the foundation built. Two days before installation they called me to say they couldn't now get the quoted sized post shoes - in other words, my fixing points would now be incorrect, leaving me either to risk the fitting or pay someone to return to alter the foundation!. Anyway, it gets worse - on the day of installation, they called to say the fitters had forgotten to load the shoes and could they drop off the timber and return to fit the following week! I had arranged for my family to visit for the first time in over 3 months for a barby and now we get this news. Crying, my wife asked of they could return the following day or the one after that - Metro said no, it would disrupt their plans! Now, bare in mind, I have paid an electrician to rig up power and to return following install to do the second fix, I've paid a joiner to do the base, I've invited the family round, you could imagine we were upset. When I tried to convey this, they slammed the phone down on me! It transpires this was the director of the company! Needless to say I cancelled the order and given that this was ordered through Haydock Garden Buildings, I won't be going back to either which is a shame on Haydock as I've bought numerous things through them and they too, by association will lose any further trade. I even suggested they could have sent someone from their offices to Manchester with the shoes (an hours drive, tops) - at least this tiny inconvenience would have ensured the installation but they never offered this. Absolute shambles from start to finish

We had a small problem with the order but it all got blown all out of proportion and everything is fine we are sorry we give them a bad review the sheds fine and solid in the correct place now.
