Yep these guys are the business .
Great advice , great service and great product from enquiry to delivery every thing was spot on ! 😁👍.
The delivery wasn’t the easiest for them as we live at the end of a lane but the amazing driver delivered on time and positioned it perfectly for us in the drive , THANKYOU GREENSQUARES

Excellent cladding

Recently purchased cladding for for a my garden room after lots of emails with regarding how much cladding and screws etc I would require with Melissa(senior sales). I purchase The cladding and it was delivered on time. Excellent price would highly recommend and all the help from Melissa Roberts.

I went for charcoal weatherdeck decking…

I went for charcoal weatherdeck decking and I’m so clad I did it looks a quality product not like the cheap looking plastic type you can get so clad with my choice.delivery was on time and I was kept informed when delivery was due.it arrived well packed and no damaged ends bang on 3.6 m.take note it’s off loaded by a forklift no hand balling so get a suitable place to place goods Malissa was very help throughout and I highly recommend this company.also the price was very competitive.thanks green squares

What a disaster

Ordered a sunroom in May. It took months and different teams of installers to erect and I am left, in my opinion, with something not fit for purpose. Despite months of installers siliconing and patching, the sunroom badly leaks on every side. It is unusable and my furniture is water damaged. The installers have cut the runners, patched areas, siliconed the same areas at least 5 times and I recently waited for weeks for a modification from Germany, which turned out to be a small piece of aluminium which was fitted today so badly it has caused the area to leak even worse. It doesn’t look like a new sunroom, it looks dilapidated with patched in areas and a heavy use of silicone.

Update 26.11.24 - Took time off work for an appointment with Ben Balding this morning - unfortunately he was no show and is not answering his phone. While inspecting the ‘work’ the installers carried out yesterday (looked like more patching and siliconing) I noticed a long 2 foot scrape to a pillar in an area the installers were working in yesterday. This new sunroom is already looking shabby and it’s not even in a usable state yet.

Ordered my composite cladding from…

Ordered my composite cladding from Greensquares. First can I commend Ruslan on his full attention to detail, information in abundance and always did what he said he was doing. The product came and it’s excellent quality and no damages. This firm is perfect and would deal with them in a heart beat. Thank you Ruslan and all the team. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beyond bad customer service.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with.
Product arrived, but unfortunately wasn’t what I expected. Contacted the office within an hour of delivery and was told it would be picked up on their way back. Never came, I had this for 2 weeks after several calls and emails, waited at home twice for organised collection which never came, costing me money and time.
Eventually was collected albeit late on the day. Still waiting for my refund now which they have the audacity to tell me I’m being charged for collection too! In the middle of trying to speak to a manager which seems impossible.
Can’t express how bad the customer service is, I have never experienced anything like it.

Excellent Product and Service

Excellent Product and Service, I could not fault this company from the sales team to the delivery driver who was so cheerful, helpful and pleasant. The quality of the slatted cladding is excellent we looked at several samples from different companies but a lot of them are wrapped and by the time we got the samples they were peeling. We are so glad we purchased from this company as the quality is so good and the cladding has transformed our old summer room into a lovely usable room with a new roof.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! After 18 days, 10 phone calls/emails, waiting for call backs that never happen, emails that don't get answered and finally waiting in for promised deliveries that never happen, I have cancelled my order. I'm now waiting on a refund, so let's see where this takes us.

Love the order a single tile option

I wanted to purchase some large format Porcelain tiles for a bathroom refurb. Samples came in quickly and I especially liked the option of purchasing one whole tile and having it delivered. This and because I was assigned a real person to talk to, made my purchase really straightforward. Tiles arrived safely on a pallet and in good order.

Product excellent, customer service awful

The composite decking boards were excellent, however the communication after placing an on line order is non existent. We had to contact them by phone to find out when we would receive delivery which was not easy because you can only leave a message with a call logging centre receptionist, who then passes your message on to the company. There is a complete disconnect between the sales team and the delivery team. Our second order was not delivered on the specified date that the company gave us in an email, very disappointing and annoying.

Boards not cut correctly.

I’m a contractor, so please be wary if quoting for a job with Deck plus boards!! They are lovely BUT not cut square! So 72 boards all needed to be cut/trimmed…half a days work at least…as per recent reviews, they really take no responsibility for this…..not sure that’s the right attitude.

Weatherdek good quality, shame about deck ends

The weatherdek decking boards we ordered were good quality to be fair, but when trying to fit, we found that the ends of the decking board has not been cut square by the manufacturer which meant extra work for my builder and extra cost for me. When I contacted greensquares after sales service to discuss and explain the extra cost I incurred, they dismissed it and actually said that this happens from time to time and they accepting of it! So just a watchout to be prepared for if you order from them. Overall though despite that gripe, the boards and L trims are good quality and the decking looks good.

Waited and waited for an installation…

Waited and waited for an installation date. The date finally arrived - 5 August! 2 installers eventually turned up at around 10.00am when they phoned me at work to tell me that they needed electricity to charge their battery packs. I had to drive from work back to my house to open the garage. I then drove back to work. The installers then phoned me again (whilst I was busy at work) to advise me that the drainage couldn't be built to plan and it needed to be moved from the right hand (out of the way next to a wall and gulley) to the left (next to a walkway). This now meant that it would drain all over the patio instead of a drainage channel built to the drawing. Hence when it rained last night the patio was soaked where the entrance would be causing a slip hazard. As they have caused a hazard, by not following the drawing, the drainage/pillars now need swopping from left to right (as the drawing) and the installation is on stop. Meanwhile, I have a garden full of glass/upvc. Because they need to be swopped, I have been informed I have now lost my guarantee, although the problem was caused by the sunspace installers. I am now back to square one, waiting for an installation date. Perhaps I should send Sunspace/Greensquare a copy of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (reasonable time and reasonable care and skill).

UPDATE 29 AUGUST: Paid the bulk of the money on 15 July - still awaiting for seals to be fitted, sealant to be cleaned off new patio and large pallets to be collected from front garden.

UPDATE 23 SEPTEMBER: Pallets collected but still not sealed. Using a kitchen roll a day to try to seal the gaps in wet weather and water dripping through the roof!!!

UPDATE 27 SEPTEMBER: New installation team came out this week to fix the leaks and clear the silicone. Yes they did fix one leak but somehow they managed to create a worse problem and last night water flooded the sunroom so much that the furniture was sitting in an inch of water - I so wish I could upload images. This installation has been both disappointing and stressful. I have had to time time off work while team after team over months and months have called out, I worry and have to mop up water every time it rains, furniture and carpet has been soaked, silicone is still there plus new sealant dropped on outside patio. I should have taken more notice of the poor reviews and not the '5 star ones'. I truly wish I had never contacted this company.

30 SEPTEMBER 2024: Another team arrived on Friday - I had to take half days leave to supervise. We run a hose pipe on the structure and there were leaks on all 4 corners. The team were amazed that it hadn't been sealed during installation - although one of them had actually put the sunroom together. They sealed the building and put temporary silicone in a corner that the rail had been cut too short on. It should have solved the problem. On the weekend I cleaned up muddy boot prints and more spilled silicone and hoped for the best. This morning I woke up to a half inch of rain flooding the sunroom. I have been trying to contact Sunspaces / Greensquares but no one is answering the telephone.

UPDATE 7 OCTOBER: Same installers came out for the third time last Friday to fit a part and assured me the problem was now rectified. Yesterday it rained and the sunroom was leaking in at least 3 places. The saga goes on.

UPDATE 8 OCTOBER: Still leaking, 2 installers called today and one thought it was condensation. As the 'condensation' is soaking under the rugs and not on top on the rugs, I can safely say that it is not and it is still leaking. Spoke to their 'director' Jarad, and he said that after today and they will not be sending out anyone else to fix the leaks.

I guess from this, they are authorising me to arrange to get it rectified and claim back the cost and compensation for inconvenience. They have left me with no alternative.

UPDATE 10 OCTOBER: Sunspace have replied and say the water leaking into the conservatory is condensation - however, I cannot see how there is 'condensation' - only when it rains!

Jarad did inform me that Tuesday was the last time they would be sending out anyone to look at / rectify the issues and, in my opinion, that is voiding the warranty.

We acknowledge that the initial issue with the drainage was our mistake, and we take full responsibility for it. When we discussed the drainage placement onsite, you agreed with our installers to position it on the left side. However, about an hour later, after the work had commenced, you contacted our team to request a change. Unfortunately, by that time, it was too late to make the adjustment.

Please understand that while we strive to be cooperative and responsive, we cannot tolerate any form of abuse or disrespect toward our staff.
