Able to copy my unusual keys perfectly.
I am so impressed with Metrolocks. I couldn't find any locksmiths in my area who were able to make a copy of my unusual key, but Metrolocks were able to. All they needed was the brand name and the number on the key, and they were able to make copies. And the copies worked perfectly.

Brilliant customer service but very very dear price
Brilliant customer service, but really pay for it. Had a weird shaped anker key cut so understand the price, but even though the customer service was so good if another locksmith had had the same blank for a lesser price I would certainly have gone with them.

Easy procedure
Was unsure whether we could get copies of a security key. Took a picture and the codes off the original key and the company were very quick to reply they could help. Slight delay in receiving them due to Christmas/New Year holidays but all in all it was a very easy experience.
