Brilliant customer service, with prompt delivery for our security keys. Excellent follow up to order an additional key, nothing to fault at all, confident to recommend to friends and neighbours.

Had great service finding a solution for a Chubb high security mortise lock key. Initially, photo copied keys had problems but staff were great at finding solutions until keys worked fine. Always answered emails quickly and replacement keys sent out almost by return.

Absolutely fantastic got us out of one big mess we broke our safe key and was stuck thanks to we love keys we are now fine fantastic service and even it being Christmas we still got a good lead time many thanks.

I recently lost a set of keys, so I contacted We Love Keys to see if they could help. Giedre Juskeviciene got back to me straight away and asked for some photos. Three of the four keys were able to be cut directly from the key numbers, and I sent the fourth one in to be copied.

The replacement keys arrived promptly, fitted perfectly, and even had the original key numbers on them. I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend Giedre Juskeviciene and We Love Keys to anyone.

i got a new key for my abus bike lock despite having lost the code. it was simple and fast via photos that i submitted. the new key works perfectly. and i got the code back!

I ordered two chubb replacement keys. They arrived within the stated time period and worked perfectly. I was really impressed. I can recommend this company if you need replacement keys.

Excellent service. Lost our safe key and only had a very old and worn spare.
Contacted 4 or 5 different companies and We Love Keys were the only ones that offered a solution. Great communication from the sales team confirming they could make replacements.
Uploaded pictures of the key to their website and just a few days later received two new keys that showed how worn our spare key was! - They both worked perfectly. Quite expensive, but compared with the price of a locksmith and inconvenience of not being able to access our safe - well worth the cost.

Key broke off in the lock to our bifold doors, we had no spare and I was expecting that we would need to replace the whole lock. We Love Keys came to the rescue with a replacement key delivered a couple of days after I emailed them a photo of the broken key! The replacement fits perfectly.

Needed a unique key duplicated and shipped to the US. These were the only people that could make it happen.

I entrusted We Love Keys with acquisitioning of 20 keys and ship them internationally. They did it perfectly and on time.

Great comms on the problem keys (high security, barrel lock keys created from photos), then replacements arrived the next day and work fine.

Yes a first time result would have been nice, but their openness to help combined with simply being impressed they could cut them for me at all after search for some time in locksmiths and key cutting shops make me say 'Highly recommended".

Hi its my first time using We Love Keys I had great CS ,three nice new shiny keys delivered fitted perfectly quick delivery ,
I had put 2 orders in so 2x postage to make 2 different keys , I
e mailed the website to say I couldn't seem to.put 2 different keys on same order,the response was quick Denis the manager replied promptly put the 2 different key orders into 1 refunded the extra postage and i received my perfect fit keys in 48hrs ,they smoothly opened doors

Great customer service with three attempts to provide me with a new key finally had the correct key supplied...I was kept informed of the supply issues and updated when the correct blank key was finally sourced....really helpful staff!!!

found company via 'GOOGLE' search after companies local to me couldn't help, ( KEY was for a German made electric bike) Followed protocols of website, when key arrived it worked faultlessly. One small thing i would have liked is to have been kept up to date on process, just a quick e-mail to say your key is done and has been despatched would have got you 5 * Would recommend company and happy with my result Cheers

I asked a technical question about a replacement key and they responded withing 10 minutes saying they could cut a replacement and, if the key did not work, they would give a full refund.
For me, they ideal outcome!
