We struggled with the impossible. We Love Keys did the impossible. Great service and care.

My replacement key for my safe was made,posted and received within 48 hours. An exceptionally fast and professional service throughout.

Ordered two safe keys to be cut from WLK and when they arrived they didn’t work. Contacted support who asked for pictures of the keys side by side to compare.

I had to chase them a few days later which is the reason for the 4 star review. Keeping customers informed is an important part of customer service and without setting expectations you soon run into disappointment.

They had to replace some equipment before they could cut replacements. The recut works perfectly.

Worth noting that whilst they advertise the key brand the ones sent were generic and a little shorter than the originals. The shorter ones are slightly harder to use as they are relatively short once inserted in the lock.

As getting these kinds of keys cut is difficult in most stores I would use them again in the future for any specialty keys.

I didn’t believe it but I’d tried two local key cutters and their keys didn’t work in my front door so I sent photos to we love keys and they came back a few days later and worked perfectly. Amazing

I have a 30yr old ABUS bike lock with only one key. I found We Love Keys online, and they produced a duplicate which works, while very patiently describing how I should photograph it to assist. Brilliant service! 👍

Ordered a circular key using photos.wasnt expecting it to work but was desperate as only had one key and had tried local locksmith who said they couldnt help. Was really surprised when the ordered key arrived and it works fine.

Ordered a spare electric bike key by sending a photo, got the replacement within two days. Excellent service, will use them again.

Went to Timmons and they wanted £50.00 for one key !!! They also wanted a letter head from myself to ask them to get the key cut . It was such a palava! And so expensive! It is a speak key but sorry £50.00 is a joke ! I got 3 keys cut for £36.00 from these and posted to my home ! Great service would definitely not go anywhere else in future. To say the least I am a big fan ! Thank you and I’ll be telling my friends and family ! Cheers

Cut keys for Stoplock pro using photos and they work perfectly. A bit expensive but nowhere else offers them it seems.

I wanted a spare key for a U lock and gave, what I thought was the correct number. I was wrong. I was asked to send a photo of the key I had. I did this and, lo and behold, within a couple of days, I received a second key that fitted perfectly. Really happy with the service I received.

I thought it unbelievable that you could get a key cut from a photo. Believe it!!!

I find it odd that there are so many one star reviews. The first key I received was the wrong one, but when I messaged them I had a swift reply and replacement. And an explanation that somebody probably mistyped the number hence wrong key cut. No quibble, swiftly corrected, replacement send by first class post. Excellent customer service, hence my being perplexed by there being so many one star reviews.
