Advise going to a key cutting shop
I would advise going to a key cutting shop this service is very hot and miss. I uploaded a picture of the key but they had trouble copying it, sent me a key that was obviously wrong and it didn’t work. They’ve confirmed a refund. Not convenient or fast or easy.

You have ordered Chubb RKS Keys.
They are notorious for being difficult to cut.
If we had the original key with us, copying would be no problem. Cutting it from scratch from a photo however is much more intricate.
I can see that our head engineer has requested some extra photos to try and make replacements but you opted for a refund which was processed within a couple of days.
Although we do not understand the reasoning behind such a low review, we appreciate you taking the time to rate our services.

Key did not arrive.
Ordered a key which never arrived. I waited 24 days only to be told to wait a further week. Was also told that it was delivered by Royal Mail and not tracked. This is correct at time of purchase however this option should never have been available. Who in their right mind would send a coded key in the post and not track where it is. I will now have to change the lock on my door for this unbelievable occurrence. Do not use this company for coded keys as they wash their hands of any wrongdoing when it comes to delivery.

Fortunately, since then,we added many more delivery options to our website. you would be surprised to know that the majority of our clients still opt for the none tracked and none signed for option.
September 2022 was quite the problematic time for royal Mail and all businesses suffered from their shortcomings.

First set of keys did not work
First set of keys did not work. I contacted them and they recut the keys which did work. Fantastic customer service and fast communication. Highly recommended.

FANTASTIC SERVICE!!
Hugely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we got our key just right! We were told our key had been discontinued and had little hope of replicating it. However, welovekeys persevered until it was just right!
Can not recommend them enough. Wish more companies were as professional as welovekeys!
