Wow, what a fantastic service. Still can't get my head around sending a photo of a safe key and it works.
Blown away from this service. 5 Star. Ordered 2 spares as well.

Fantastic service made me a key from photos, delivered next day.

I find it odd that there are so many one star reviews. The first key I received was the wrong one, but when I messaged them I had a swift reply and replacement. And an explanation that somebody probably mistyped the number hence wrong key cut. No quibble, swiftly corrected, replacement send by first class post. Excellent customer service, hence my being perplexed by there being so many one star reviews.

Great quality of service. Mine was a slightly difficult requirement with some higher security keys. Due to change in requirements we had to cancel. Refund was immedate. Communications were very effectively and clearly understood and done in an extremly proffesional manner. Would definatly recommend their sevice to anyone.

Terrible experience. Ordered a key to be made and paid in full. Despite repeated emails, no response from company. Never got the key. Contacted Paypal and they provided a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company.

Ordered keys on Nov 21st with a 4 day delivery promise and signed for
Arrived today Dec 14th just dropped through the letter box and no signature

Keys were cut from photo and delivered quickly but don't fit. Contacted company several times with no response. Poor customer service.

Do not use this site, my keys were not delivered to me and no We Love Keys have stopped responding to my emails.

Needed a set of safe keys. No one local could help. We Love Keys were brilliant. Sent out a test key first before making the rest. Keys work perfectly.

Bought 2 extra keys for my new door.Arrived 5 days by recorded delivery. Both worked perfectly. To order was easy on their website.

Amazing service really happy!
Sent images of my ebike lock to this company as the manufacturer‘Raymon bikes’ said they wouldn’t replace and never shipped the bike with a code card for the Abus lock.
These guys had images and shipped it within 48hrs. Pleased to say it’s a perfect match.
Will use these again!

I had lost my keys to my parcel
Box and the company that make the boxes don’t keep any spare keys !! I looked online and found we love keys, I sent photos of the lock to them, they came back and said they could make the keys 🙏🏻, it did take a while to receive them but I just put a note on my box to tell people to knock the door, overall good company and good customer service

I couldn’t access my safe and couldn’t find the standby key. I had the key code though, sent a message through to we love keys. They confirmed the code, placed the order before 3pm and the service was superb.
Within 24hrs, Royal Mail had delivered the key and my safe was open.
Great service.

I live in a flat and found it impossible to get keys cut in the usual places so thought I'd give this company a try and I am very pleased I did.
I needed two keys - one came within a few days after I had sent in the pictures.
The other I hadn't taken the photos correctly so I received an email asking me to re-send which I did and the key arrived within a couple of days. Excellent service and I would highly recommnd.

Customer service responded quickly to my request, key was reasonably priced(ish), certainly cheaper than from manufacturer anyway, though the key shop I used to go to would have likely been 50% cheaper. Regardless I was happy with price.

4/5, one star removed as delivery took one week even with first class postage, which isn’t totally unreasonable but could have been faster, and while it was a specialty key, it wasn’t a particularly tricky one, perhaps they didn’t have the blank in stock.

Several days ago I was promised replacement keys for 2 incorrect keys that I was sent .
These replacements I was told would be sent by upgraded postal delivery…. I’m still waiting !!!!

Key they supplied didn't work. Asked me to send photo of original key and cut key together side by side, which I did. Not heard anything since and they are ignoring my emails. I'm now left £25 down and a key that does not work. Very poor, I would avoid.
