The deliveries takes too much time
The deliveries takes too much time, in the returns I have to pay for shipping costs, twice, (when i buy the product and when I return it) and is not my fault that one brand has different sizes than others. Other platforms like this deliver the next day and you don’t have to pay for returns.

This could be better
I have had a good experience overall but, it would be much better if we could be able to choose our preferred carrier even if it comes with a higher shipping fee. Sometimes vendor's send orders with very unreliable or inefficient carriers and I've ended up chasing carries to be able to get my packages. It comes with time consuming and a sour experience.

I have received incorrect orders
I have faced some unacceptable incidents where I received incorrect items which is a very frustrating situation because I do have a premium account and it is looking worthless to order my desired item on time and even thought I receive something different, I really hope they can improve their process in order to be better!
