Jmc Roofing Kilmarnock, complete joke of a company, charged me £3000 just to replace gutters, initially kept on putting job off as they stated they had to get scaffolding off another job but eventually turned up with a ladder. Quote stated strip roof and seal but where at my property for a total of about four hours over many days.On first visit had taken part of gutter off so in the end I was just happy job was done.Three months later part of one of the gutters hanging off but got every excuse under the sun as to why they wouldn't come out and remedy their dodgy work.When I informed them that I would be leaving reviews on every site that I could think of and reporting them to Trading Standards their response was "you do that "

Pre work good. Actual work far below average. Whilst the crew is perfectly capable of doing a good job, they choose not to, so unless you have the time to stand over them every step of the way, my advice is to stay well clear. They lied, didn't complete the job and after only a couple of months there are weeds growing through the tarmac. The drive is uneven, holds water and the drainage wasn't put in as agreed. Stay away!!!

Lee Coates is the tradesperson recommended by Quotatis. His company is named ARC Roofing & Building contractors based at 15 Bower Lane, Eynsford, Dartford, DA4 0HW. This contractor must be avoided at all costs. It is believed that despite several complaints to Quotatis about this rogue builder, Quotatis still keeps recommending him to attend people’s premises to undertake projects and endangering people’s lives. ARC Roofing and building contractors do not pay their builders who will in turn harass clients for payment. If client refuses to pay then they will turn up at your door with sledge hammers to damage your property and escape before the police arrives at the scene in a waiting getaway car driven by an accomplice. A dodgy comparison site recommending dodgy builders Also, don’t be fooled by the positive reviews - a plot to mislead the public. A zero rating is what they merit.. Quotatis need to refund me for the damages caused by the rogue builder they recommended Failing which next step is to contact social media to showcase their activities.

i used imperial driveways, usk they contacted me through you, and i used them for a new driveway and drop kerb, the driveway was poor and the drop kerb failed by the council inspector, i contacted harry the owner of the company and he said he would come back and put it right but he did not, he has not replied to any of my emails, calls or texts, anyone else do not use this company

Only matched with one contractor who, despite seeming very experienced and professional, simply took my deposit and failed to do the work. Have now discovered that he has a history of this behaviour which dates back several years - he has even been on rogue traders - has started up again using a different name.

Dont know how they got 3.7 because they deserve 1.5 if not 1. Took money out my account for leads that i never even got to call. Dead leads and a waste of money and when i call up the customer service they have a attitude.

This company did a first class job.
I am delighted with my new garage roof.
Everything is left very tidy.

Quotatis matched me with Frank in 2023 and has been matching Frank with different victims (see one Trustpilot review in 2017 and 2020). There are also victims matched with Frank by other websites since 2014. Google 'Bexley Watchdog Frank Dunphy' to see all the trade names that Frank has used in the past years.Quotatis has clearly failed to notice this rogue builder and been helping him to promote his substandard service.

Easy to navigate great customer service

I applied for a roofer to replace pitched roof on an outbuilding/future studio The one who seemed to understand the job and described to me what would need doing, was chosen. His website on Quotatis had some good reviews, but as his business address was a false one, I am in doubt now.
Work - remove damaged concrete asbestos sheets and have specialist firm to take away. I was left with a shed full of asbestos debris, large and small. It was on ground all around building. The heap of hazardous material was left outside property. Cost to me - 3 days of environmental clearing by a real specialist firm.
Full Insulation - only partial, we found. Tiled roof nailed into space and imaginary battens at times. Paid for Velux window - the rogue builder disappeared before finished.
Extra roof trussx2 to support tile roof - did not happen. Boarded ceiling, all different sizes and gaps so we could see asbestos pieces behind.
I saved for 6 years and lost it. The job will now cost me double to remedy, as it literally ALL needs doing again.
Quotatis have SMALL PRINT - they are not liable for the appropriately checked and vetted work people they send your way, I found in my correspondence with them. But they will suspend the contractor's (fake) website and account - after the event, And leave the customer to pick up the pieces.

Hired a roofing company Hi Tech roofing. APPALLING work. I gave a good review on the day but on closer inspection in the light and getting another roofer out to give an opinion it is shocking. They say they will come and sort it but no show. I’ll be reporting them to HMRC as they asked for payment into a personal account. Tried numerous times to contact quotatis but they never answer the phone or reply to emails.

Absolutely fed up of this company spamming me via email.

This company hires cowboys , I thought getting a roofer from here would be safe but no , I had a new roof fitted last June 2022 and I have had 2 leaks were not sealed right , quotatis has made our lives a misery for having villains on there site

As you couldn't do anything with the company steal my money.

Would use again. I used there service to find a Air condition supplier last year and was very happy with this service to get the quotes I needed to find local suppliers.

Solved the problem, which previous people hired had failed to do.

We had to remove a fire retardant partition that proved to be asbestos before beginning electrical work on our house. Inox undertook this work with utmost professionalism, constructing a negative pressure tunnel through the house to enable safe removal. We have no hesitation in recommending this company.
